Furniture At Work Head Office (No Showroom)

Ordered on Monday and received the Friday.contacted the customer service to check on the order and they were great. Fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. Great service and love the new chair.

I was heading down the path of paying a significant amount for office chairs, boardroom chairs and a boardroom table from online providers without much confidence I was buying quality. In my desperation to find an affordable solution I looked into used office furniture showrooms and it was a total waste of time and dodgy. Scott from Furniture at Work helped me choose high quality and affordable chairs from a huge range of brands and the service and delivery was top shelf. Highly recommend. Very Happy and recommend and use again.

We purchased an office table and chairs and the wrong table arrived. I believed I’d ordered a rectangular one but received a circular one.

The service leading up to ordering was really fast and efficient.

When I tracked through the paperwork I found that I’d ordered a meeting table not the conference table.

Scott and Briony were brilliant and arranged to swap it for us at no extra cost very quickly.

My experience with the Furniture at Work team was extremely frustrating. Firstly they delivered the wrong table top and the powder-coated foot rest had multiple chips on it. Asked to get the right table top delivered, took about a week to get confirmation they had a replacement table top available. Took about another week to get confirmation that they were going to deliver it. They confirmed it was being shipped, only after multiple emails and calls. Also meant to send replacement foot rest.

New table top arrived, old one meant to be collected by same driver (I confirmed this had been organised and got assured yes it has), and replacement footrest.

New table top correct, yay, finally. Courier had no idea about picking up the new table, so that is still in my garage taking up room. Replacement footrest is the incorrect part, so still have a chipped footrest and another useless section.

Cannot be bothered even following up with the company to replace the footrest or both with them collecting the wrong table and they have not bothered to contact me.

As a side note, the table is great, just cross your fingers they get it right the first time, as if anything goes wrong, you are in for weeks of misery.

I contacted Scott via online chat on Friday morning (20/3/2020). I was pleasantly surprised as it was every early (just past 7am) and that Scott was able to quickly discuss the ins and outs of a chair (Humanscale - Freedom) I was looking to purchase. Further to this he suggested that it could be sent out very quickly. My interstate order arrived at my house the next business day. All up excellent service and I would recommend this business.

Dealing with Scott online was a great way to know more about the product I wanted to order and was instant. Briony was lovely answering my questions with regard to delivery of my order etc. They're a good team and the product delivered is of very high quality.
