FUMAPEST Termite & Pest Control Sydney

We have used Fumapest since 2010. This year on 3 December. For the first time we had a subcontractor, not a Fumapest staff. The person attending was friendly but that is where the quality of service ended. At best it was a quick inspection and bum job of insecticide spraying. There was no spraying for bug extermination around the house as was done in previous q2 years. Absolutely no power treatment of the attic. Price paid was more than in previous years but clearly we received under servicing. Regretfully I will explore other pest control options in future before considering Fumapest again.

Will not recommend their service at all. First of all they charge more than their competitors and secondly their quality of service is far below their competitors. I called them to book an appointment, was told to clear the areas where pesticide will be sprayed. I did that and the guy didn't even put anything in those areas. He hardly spent 20 mins and billed us $230. I called them twice and the two managers had different responses.

This company used to be very good but is now sub-contracting out their jobs. Getting a good pest inspector becomes luck of the draw. Had someone out yesterday who recommended that I get a preventative treatment (>$5000!) even though no termites were found and to go through him privately and bypass Fumapest. Won't use them again.

If I could give this company -5 star rating I would. The pest control tradesmen who attended my job seemed disinterested and performed poor quality of work. It was less then 6 weeks after the job and there were pest in my property present.
