Very unhelpful.was looking to engage an embroidery provider for customers and retailers I deal with. Any decent business owner will jump at this and try to be as helpful as possible to get this deal. Instead I was talked rudely and encountered a person who was demanding for me to go to the store in order to answer questions. Apparently on the three calls I made she couldn't serve me on the phone as she was always busy with customers. As if a telephone enquiry for a deal that could represent great money wasn't one. I am glad I didn't go further with this business. Thank you Jackie for opening my eyes that you are not the suitable person to provide you with a deal that can represent more than 10k a year for your business.
I used Embroidme Chatswood for uniforms for my new business. They consulted with me for the various ways they could "handle" my logo, something not really considered when designing. And they did an excellent job reproducing it on various fabrics and backgrounds!
