We all age at the same rate, but we don’t all age in the same way. I realised a long time ago, that the one thing that aged my parents and caused them the most limitations in life was their decline in mobility, balance and loss of muscle mass.

You can use botox, face lifts, hair dye, spanx etc to make you APPEAR younger…. But it’s the way we move and our ability to get up and keep going that makes us FEEL younger. It’s as simple as that. Strong Women Stay Young! That’s what I’ve learned at Full Flow Fitness. And it’s working for me. Christina gently guides you to push yourself just that little bit more each time. And she listens to what ails you and helps you find the solutions. Through a network of like-minded people and professionals I’ve found the tribe that keeps me engaged and helps me deal with my health issues. I’m not just a gym “membership” to Christina. I know that I matter and that she cares and thinks about ways to improve me and my life. AND she keeps me accountable. I’ve been going to Full Flow Fitness for over 4 years and it's the best thing I’ve ever done for MYSELF.

So, if you feel like you are going down hill because you have reached “a certain age”, then your body is telling you to get off your butt and start moving. I feel more physically fit now in my 60s than I ever did in my 30s. It’s about what you do and not about what you hide….:)

I hate exercise or should I say hated exercise till my partner and I started training with Christina. Dowagers hump gone, bad posture a thing of past. We will forever grateful to have found Christina

Christina is an excellent teacher who creates personalised Pilates programs, catering to my individual goals and needs. I have been doing Pilates at Full Flow Fitness for over a year. I have noticed many changes in my body, such as improved range of motion, posture, strength, balance, and flexibility. These changes have helped me with my injury recovery, strength training, and everyday life. Pilates has helped me reach my full potential and allowed me to have a better understanding of my body. Christina makes every class enjoyable and creates a wonderful flow to make you feel amazing.

Full Flow Fitness instructor, Christina, is more than a Pilates teacher. She is a highly-trained, specialised healer who knows how to personalise exercises to your specific needs. She knows how to encourage and inspire recovery, confidence and strength to the max with every possible prop and device. I feel happier, stronger, fitter and uplifted after each session. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I've been training with Christina for two years and in that time I have seen drastic improvements in my strength and mobility. She perfectly tailors each class to where your body and mind are at and what your goals are. They're fun and challenging and I look forward to each session.

Incredible studio and instructor. Christina caters each session to what your body needs and teaches you how to take your practice into the rest of your day. Each class is challenging, restorative and truly fun. I can't thank Christina enough for helping me improve my posture, strength and flexibility. It's my favorite time of the week and I highly recommend!

I can't recommend Christina enough, she really understand the body and movement completely. The studio at Full Flow Fitness is easy to get to and park at in Fox Studio's just a short distance from the city. This make it perfect for lunch or day sessions. Classes are completed with two other clients in a small group so there is enough time for her to focus on each client. The reformers and Pilates equipment is top class. If you're a first timer or a experienced client she she's got you covered. Very much recommended for people with injuries that keep coming back as she understand what aspects of the body need to be strengthened for lasting improvement.

I've been coming to Full Flow Fitness since it opened 4 years ago and I'm still coming regularly. I have benefited in every way through the high level of committment and professionalism that the owner and senior instructor, Christina Waite delivers. I have grown stronger, more confident, flexible and basically I now enjoy moving my body. Sessions are individually tailored to suit my personal needs and the environment is consistently suppprtive, super encouraging and sensitive to my complex health issues. Highly recommended. She has not paid me to say this, but she can if she wants.

Awesome pilates instructor. Max 3 people per class means you get great personalised instruction suited to you that addresses any previous injuries. Highly recommended.
