Well, Im a fan. The best Israeli food in Sydney and such a great place to enjoy a fun night. Liron and Jess are two of the most incredible humans u’ll meet.

Amazing experience. I'm rather picky about food and don't find a lot of restaurants that are flavourful and balanced.but wow, some of the best middle eastern/israeli food i've ever had! And the service was very attentive.i only wish the restaurant had better acoustics as the back can get quite noisy and echoy. Well done to the restaurant staff for creating such a great food experience!

Paying more than 6 dollars for a coffee is a bit rich, even in this climate.wasn't a very strong coffee either

Been there and there’s this grown man at the counter taking the order being not very nice and while I was waiting for the food I saw him treating one of the staff (foreign person) in very bad way. I felt sorry for him. The food was good but I’ll never get back there again. It’s horrible how we normalise this kind of situations. Use respect big fella, I’m sure you’ll read this:)

Needed somewhere to go whilst waiting to get a punctured tyre fixed. Great coffee, the food was excellent and v friendly staff.

This place is special! The menu is uncomplicated which we liked, however, the food is definitely not simple in flavour! It was outstanding with beautiful layering of flavour and perfectly balanced. Every mouthful takes you on a journey. The service was great too, it's such a pleasure to meet restaurateurs who are so passionate about what they are serving. How lucky we are to have this on our doorstep.

Incredible, hearty and flavoursome food in a fun and intimate setting where the staff make you feel like part of the family. Love this little gem!

This is what I wrote last review. A taste from the Middle East! An experience that is a little different to anything else you might find on the northern beaches. The Hummus and Jerusalem bagel, Labneh and the Tabbouleh are a sensation. Friendly staff and smiles all round make it an enjoyable place to eat.
Now I can add Moussaka to Fuel's expanding offering - beautiful!
