This is my first time doing Pilates. I love FS8; Gab is always providing expert guidance and tailoring workouts to individual needs. The studio space is inviting and clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere to focus on improving my core strength and flexibility. The variety of classes keeps things exciting, and I've seen noticeable progress in my body's tone and posture. A definite must-try for anyone looking to enhance their fitness journey! Love it
FS8 has made me build my endurance and stability when working out. I loved it! Totally recommend to everyone as they cater for any age and fitness levels.
The sign up was so easy, love the space you work out in. All the staff members take that extra step in looking after you. Gabby’s evening classes are amazing. It’s a really nice community:)

Been coming for one year now. All the instructors are awesome, the studio is always clean and every class is different so I never get bored!
Early last year I was diagnosed with a severe case of an autoimmune inflammatory condition. I could barely walk and I was in so much pain. In working with a specialist for the past year and a half and being on strong medication for the rest of my life, I was able to walk again. As a fitness junkie this was hard to come to terms with at the time to adjust to a new body with certain limitations.
Ever since starting Pilates at FS8 Macquarie Park I have already seen an improvement in my strength, mobility and mental health. I chose FS8 Pilates because it’s a great mixture of mat and reformer Pilates and it’s also low impact but high intensity. The trainers are so nice and approachable! Thank you so much FS8!
FS8 changed my outlook on exercising! Prior to joining, I had no motivation to exercise. The thought of working out didn’t excite me at all. Since joining six months ago, I’ve been attending classes regularly. I love the combination of reformer and mat pilates. I’ve noticed improvement on my strength, posture, flexibility, and my range of motion. The team at Macquarie Park is amazing! The trainers & members are engaging, supportive, and fun! I’m so glad I’ve found a kind of work out I actually enjoy & love doing.
I absolutely love the classes here. Every class is different and you would never feel bored. Reformer helps me improve my core strength and posture. With the challenges the studio have launched, it keeps me motivated and push myself to a better me.

Joined 6 weeks ago and can’t believe how much my body has transformed. FS8 is my secret weapon for strength and energy that I haven’t felt in years. Studio is immaculate and the concept is ace. Strangely addictive.
An amazing place to get a good workout! The studio is clean and modern, and the trainers are all very friendly and supportive. The classes are challenging but varied enough to keep things super fun and interesting. I love that every class is different and that it manages to blend strength training, HIIT, pilates, and yoga perfectly. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to kickstart their fitness journey!
When I decided to get back into exercising after Covid I didn’t know if I should join a gym or a structured workout class.
I can tell you, I am so happy I found FS8! It is so unique to anything I have tried. It is such a great mix of HIIT, strengthening, mindful movement and reformer Pilates.
There is different classes everyday focuses on different movements. The trainers are so supportive and welcoming. They take the time to offer advice and they always correct my form so I am getting the best out of each exercise.
They offer to assist with making each exercise easier or harder based on your fitness level, giving you different movements for more of a challenge.
Previously, I have never been focused on flexibility however since joining FS8 I can genuinely say I have noticed more strength, stability and flexibility and it is such a great feeling!
If you are on the fence about joining and looking at these reviews, definitely give it a go. I guarantee you will enjoy it!
I am in love with FS8! It has helped me to gain strength and flexibility as well as build healthy habit around training. The team are absolutely amazing and helpful in modifying exercises around my injury. I particularly love the variety of exercises and the set up. For once in my life I actually enjoy exercising, Thank you team FS8!
Nice modern studio in a conveniently located and accessible location. The members and trainers have all been very friendly and welcoming!
Workouts have a good variation of exercises, both within the individual workouts and across the whole week, which makes it great if you're looking for a bit of pilates (reformer and mat), strengthening and toning through resistance training, and a bit of cardio and yoga mixed in as well. Best of all, I've found my general mobility has improved and I've managed to stay injury free for the longest period in a while. Even though it's marketed as low impact, it doesn't mean the workouts are easy!

It was recommended to me by my physio to start doing reformer Pilates to improve my glutes to help with the hip pain (pain is all but gone). I ended up bringing my husband with me and have to say that we are both regulars and loving it. P. S. Love the Sunday Yoga.:)
Really loving the classes and the instructors! The combination of Pilates and yoga is great! The warm up and cool down routines are so calming. I’m so glad FS8 is so close to home as well. ️
