Love, love FS8. Amazing instructor’s. THE BEST! Challenging. Huge improvement’s to my full body toning, strength, weight loss, balance, flexibility, overall health and optimism. Can’t get enough of these wonderful workouts.

Having not exercised in years I was hesitant starting - however the amazing staff are so warm and welcoming and happy to modify any exercises to my abilities. I now attend 3-4 times a week and am loving it! I love the variety of movements and exercises and the coaches knowledge and ability to make me feel comfortable - and they’re always up for a chat and laugh! I highly recommend FS8 if you’re looking for something low impact but effective!

I've only just moved to the area and I was looking for something to get my training spark back.
Getting back into the swing of things can be daunting but the lovely team have made me feel welcome.
The workouts are easy to follow and I look forward to seeing how each one will challenge me.
Would defiantly recommend trying out FS8 Bowral!

Thanks to Bri & Kirra for a ripper session last Saturday morning. Whether you’re a local, in town for a week or passing through hit up FS8 for a Pilates session that your abs will love you for. I have a couple of injuries and they made sure I could successfully execute every movement pain free and had alternatives if needed. Definitely recommend FS8 Bowral!

The atmosphere is very inviting and the girls there are extremely helpful and kind. It is a great way to socialise and exercise at the same time. Highly recommend

I have just started the $10 for 10-days trial and it is the best decision I have made; I wish I had tried FS8 in Bowral sooner! The atmosphere of the studio is fantastic w/ great music and a clean, modern aesthetic. The two trainers each session are your ultimate dynamic duo and the group (regardless of which time slot you choose) are so welcoming, inclusive and non-judgemental. I appreciate how patient the trainers are especially when you’re struggling with a particular exercise or technique. They take the time to walk you through the exercises with the correct motions, check in with how you’re finding the class, create a lovely environment and are so motivating. I highly recommend this studio!?

FS8 Bowral is awesome! I can't fault a thing - from the studio itself to the fantastic coaches! Parking is also great, which is a rarity in this area

This is a wonderful Pilates studio. The atmosphere is relaxed and very friendly. The condition of the facilities are very clean also. Lovely staff members and I always feel they are there when I need assistance! Also very convenient session times which help workers like myself be able to access at a more convenient time of the day! I would highly recommend.

FS8 is fabulous! Beautiful atmosphere in the studio with caring, knowledgeable coaches to guide you through everything. The pilates reformers are my favourite part of the workouts!

Great classes! No class is the same. Small group sizes and two coaches mean there is always someone looking out for you, working around injuries and making sure you're getting the most out of the class. The coaches are really lovely and professional.

I’m not really a gym person but have always enjoyed pilates. FS8 is exactly what Bowral needed. It’s the perfect mix of pilates, weights and cardio in a professional and supportive environment. All the trainers are so friendly and positive and genuinely want to help you achieve good results. The aesthetic is clean and spacious. Class is always different and always fun! It’s honestly how I choose to spend an hour of me time after work each day.

I’ve been with Fs8 since it opened in Bowral it’s such a great Atmosphere the coaches are amazing very knowledgeable and welcoming. It caters for all levels of fitness and the variety of the exercises makes each day a surprise! Would highly recommend
