James and his team were very professional in the way they went about their work in replacing the gutters in the front and sides of our very old Federation house. James also repaired and repointed our tiled roof and ridge lines on the roof. Despite fairly damp conditions they completed the job efficiently and quickly. They also removed all of the replaced gutters and packaging for the new gutters.

I found Frontline on FB. Casey introduced the company and Mitch came out to quote. We greenlit the work and the team started within days. James, Sean and Chrissy, (the contractors*) were hardworking, responsive and fast, fast, fast.

Some of the work did not meet our requirements. I took photos and explained the position to Casey and Mitch. The contractors, James and Sean fronted promptly, got to work and fixed the problems.

Now, is this a happy ending? Yes it is. Every job can have difficulties but Frontline and their team were responsive and affable. The painting was sorted, downpipe extensions added and cemented in, the gutterguard enhanced, flashing improved and in the end, the job was very well done.

So, would I recommend Frontline and their teams? Yes, in fact I am getting them in to quote on another two jobs.

Post the Covid lockdowns, the building trade is not in good shape and it is a struggle for anyone. Frontline's leadership and teams worked through the problems to make it work. They didn't walk away or complain. They sorted it. That's a winner and I am very happy with the result. This is just a modest home but they polished the proverbial.

* Re contractors - Everyone uses contractors and James, Sean and Chrissy were hardworking north country lads (UK) that worked like demons to get through the workload. Bravo.

We had a good experience of getting our gutters cleaned out and solar panels cleaned. It makes a bit of a mess but very worthwhile.
