When I first got a call from Frontline I was quite hesitant and thought I’d be offered weird jobs I don’t want, BUT it was nothing like it at all!

Ryan was sooo amazing, considerate and easy to work with. He was very attentive while asking what kind of job I want and *spoiler alert* he found my dream job!

Every step of the way, from the initial interview, to job options, applications and interviews Ryan guided me with so much support and ease, whilst providing with all the necessary information. Communication was perfect too, Ryan would get in touch quite often giving me lots of updates, so worrying was completely out of scene.

When I used to apply for jobs myself it was a scary and difficult process, while basically being a cat in the bag, I wouldn’t know what the job would really be like until I get it. However, this time looking for a job with Frontline was soo easy and exciting. Ryan would give me the most detailed descriptions of the job and what the role includes so I felt very secure going into it!

I am so incredibly grateful to Ryan (and Colleen) for being there for me and finding the most amazing job I could have ever gotten! It’s rare these days to have people who see your talent and appreciate the value you could bring to an organisation.

I first signed up with front-line 2 weeks ago with bare minimal experience in retail, I'm so glad I did because after 2 weeks I am now in my dream role!
