The team from Frontline are always a pleasure to work with. Jay is super quick at making things happen and responds to emails very quickly. The team are great at suggesting options that will work best for your needs and can make sense of concepts that you might find hard to verbalise. A lovely, friendly bunch of people too. Thanks for helping with our membership cards, barcodes, and random printing jobs for around the gym.

Helpful team to deal with. We had some very urgent requirements for plastic cards that were needed in 3 days for a marketing event. Checked around other suppliers but most could only do in 2 to 3 weeks. Frontline Print were able to get our requirement done urgently and delivered in time. They have lots of experience with plastic cards.

We used Frontline Print recently for business cards. Friendly experienced team. We had wanted to change the existing card layout so they helped us with the new card design and provided us with really top quality cards. These were promptly delivered to our office. Quite impressed and will certainly use them again.

At the beginning the staff were helpful, friendly and happy to help me to a degree. This was with the old owner.

For my business I wanted a full car wrap, business cards and flyers.

I received a full body wrap for my van to display advertising for my business.
A few weeks goes by and the wrap starts bubbling on the left and right side of my car. I was told that I should be able to push out the bubbles myself. I had no problem with that.
But they got that bad I had to try and return it to get it fixed.

NOW, this was happening during the change over between owners for this business, from old to new.

I sent multiple emails to the lady who was at the front desk (old owners receptionist) who never replied or return my calls.

I finally got hold of one of the guys who wraps the cars again after multiple emails and calls.
My van was re-wrapped because the quality from the first time was at a below standard.

Once again not long after it was wrapped once again it started bubbling again. Now even worse than the first time.
Bubbles everywhere, corners of the wraps coming away, a spray glue that’s yellow on my white car sprayed and not cleaned from my car and small bits cut out to cover dodgy work.

I tried multiple times to contact the guy who wrapped my car again. Didn’t reply and ignored my calls, messages and emails.

I drove to Frontline and spoke to the girl on the desk who put me onto the New Owner.
I showed him the pathetic job that was done and said it’s been back for the second time now.
He said the guy who wraps the cars doesn’t work there anymore but would give him a call and get back to me in regards to what will happen now.

It’s been nearly 6 months now and I haven’t heard a word from the owner.
Not one phone call or email.
The wrap is still holding together in places but the bubbling is out of control now.

I can’t be bothered dealing with this company so I didn’t bother going back.
Totally ripped off and got a massive stuff around.

Apparently there is a 12 months warranty, so I got told for the car wraps. But in the change of owners I guess that got thrown out the window. Thanks new owner.

Plus at the start when I was getting my car wrapped I asked for business cards and flyers to be designed to no end.
Again after multiple emails I got no response and went with someone else.

I wouldn’t bother with this company.
Go somewhere else, trust me.

Several years ago we came across frontline printing as a supplier of very inexpensive and quick turn around plastic cards. We ordered some for gift vouchers, We were so impressed with the quality and service that we decided to use these plastic cards for our business cards as well.
Over the years we have had many successful jobs processed through their website and would recommend them to anyone wanting a totally Australian made product, in a fast turn around, at a decent price.

Massive waste of time.

I have had a hard time finding a printing company that will do frosted business cards without having to go through a front for a Chinese based printing company. After doing all the art work for a frosted business card and trying to get it done through an online company I found that uploading artwork wasn't working and support was non existent.

I finally came across Frontline Printing and thought - what a relief - a local company that will probably look after me.

Problem 1: After calling and explaining my situation as above with one of the girls that works there - I tried to get template size information so that I could make sure my artwork would be right for the way they print. The girl was not helpful and would not give me information on sizing and specifications nor would she point me to an area of the website that will show me - until I put my order through.

Problem 2: I put my order through, however - the website process for submitting my artwork didn't even indicate I had made an order even after a full successful payment was processed and receipt emailed to me - the only display in my account was "Order Status: Active". I called them up again and they asked me to email the artwork through instead.

Problem 3: In the order - you can choose to pay more for a faster turn around time ($76) and generally - the order itself was more than 3 times the price of outsourced competitors but I went for the whole shebang thinking - great this company can get it done quickly and with high quality. Boy was I wrong. It took them 3 hours to respond to my email to tell me that they couldn't fast track my order because they were "busy" but if I decided to do it on a different material that they weren't "busy" and could do it. They didn't even bother to call me, knowing very well I was looking for a quick turn around time. Luckily I checked my email. I replied expressing my dissatisfaction. After waiting around an hour I decided to call them.

Problem 3: The quickest turnaround time they could offer me was 10 working days (which would amount close to 2 weeks). It was apparent to me then and there that this job was most probably outsourced to another company (even though they claimed it wasn't an that normally they could do it) With the whole situation being entirely convoluted - the girl on the phone, Courtney, did not hesitate or bat an eyelid when I requested a refund and was probably relieved that she did not have to deal with me anymore.

All in all - I had half my day wasted - close to $350 of my money held up waiting to be refunded and now I'm left with the cringe-worthy task of having to deal with yet another printing company.

Frontline Print was the best experience I have had in almost 30 years of publishing. Friendly courteous staff turned my urgent order around in 48 hours with no fuss. Website was easy to use and within 12 hours the art department forwarded my proof sheet for signing before production. Pricing was unbelievable as I had been dealing with print brokers in the past and was surprised to calculate the margins from the actual manufacturer. I have no hesitate in recommending them and will use them in the future for all my printing needs.
