We really like those kind of intimate theatre, not a lot of seats and kind of rustic old fashioned. Lots of character, not competing on glory rather on the act itself. Your ticket gets you a free drink too. Parking can be a problem so come a bit early.
Only issue I must comment - the seats are old - it's not a huge issue that they are uncomfortable, we can sit for 90min in these types of chairs but the problem is that every small move in the seat makes lots of squeaky noise that the whole theatre can hear and also will disturb the act, so I think it's worth to invest a bit of extra in those seats just for the benefit of both viewers as well as actors. Also air plain noise was noticeable but rather minor.
