34Totally useless company, their website does not work, purchased a product, paid for postage and then received a further invoice for more postage.
Do not buy if you are in a hurry. Advertise next day delivery, ordered on Monday still don't have product on Thursday they used useless Couriers Please
Bought some of the 5L purple shampoo for my extensions that was on sale for Black Friday, works a great, very impressed! Good quality products. Also bought a vacuum in October for their halloween specials, I got a Makita stick vacuum that I use as a dust buster for my car. So far so good, very happy with products and service. Will buy from again.
I bought a power head for my vacuum, what is advertised is fitting with. The power head stopped working after couple days. I went to the service, and they find out the vacuum cleaner and the power head is not fitting together. I called them, I talked with someone who is promised me he will call me back when he figure out what is the problem. I wrote a message for him couple weeks later, no answer. That is a nearly $300 rubbish in the garage.
! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I purchased a vacuum motor that arrived damaged in the box but the box was fine. Obviously damaged at the factory. I asked for a replacement and was told no, that i have to have it checked by Australia Post. Aus Post checked it and came to the same conclusion as me. I kept emailing Freshway and they kept blowing me off saying Aus Post had not contacted them. When i asked Aus Post, they had contacted them. Aus Post contacted Freshway and Freshway said it was not their fault. Aus Post contacted them again with follow up questions and Freshway refused to reply or cooperate. I am now left $180 out of pocket with no vacuum motor due to these poor excuse for humans.
Freshways staff members Robin & John would not assist in returning a Spitwater Pressure Cleaner that had electric cables that pulled out of the item twice. Clearly a major fault on thw item. I recommend against large purchases from this company.
Very professional, honest and reliable. Staff are very well mannered and do such a great job. I would recommend the services they provide and would continue using them and also 100% would recommend them. Thank you to everyone at freshway for all you do.
Professional and reliable team, were on time and completed the job to a great standard. Would definitely get them again to mow my lawn 10/10
I put a pressure washer in with a split vacuum hose, rang up each week to see how it is going, each week I was tol we will be starting this week, then on Tuesday after long weekend
I went in on the Friday after to find my pressure washer against back wall with other jobs in front and whipper snipers sitting on top of it
I drive past at least 2 other places that could do the job but because I have used them before I went back there
Absolutely Rip of. For box of hand towel paper I paid $55 this afternoon. Other shop cost $ 33.
On Christmas eve I bought a single rapid test for $14.95 with card. Today I am told it's $30 for a single test and can only pay with cash. Dodgy and unethical.
Juust wanted to say these guys really saved me today i really needed 2 rapid tests desperately i walked into the shop and i was told they had none left when i explained to them i need for my mother and sister for them to be able to see a doctor a lady from behind the counter stood up and said we have these 2 left for us office staff but if you really need them you can have them i couldnt believe it i nearly cried i cant believe that their are still good people like this thank you so very much and by the way im the guy with the heavy accent wearing face shield and the south sydney face mask thank you so much
I ordered a somewhat difficult to source Makita Leaf Blower from Freshway and received an immediate Order Confirmation and timely Pickup Confirmation and collected the Blower from an absolute gentleman at the Loading Dock. I could not be happier with Freshway's service and will recommend them to everybody I know.
If I could give 0 star I would. Sell products on line they do not have. Do not answer meassges. I had to personally search for their contact details as they never responded. Happy to take your money. Your listing said you had 3 in stock. You had zero. Many reviews say the same thing. Wish I read the reviews before I spent $1000 +. Who ever does the online side is hopeless at their job.
Mark was an absolute legend. Went above and beyond to help me out. 100% recommend. Honest straight up advice and help, far and few between these days. Will definitely continue dealing with Mark and the team.
Very poor communication. Placed $155 online order on 24 May, card charged, still no items received and no advice from seller. Emailed them morning of 4 June, with 'high priority' status, asking what was happening and still no communication from them. If items aren't actually in stock, how hard is it to advise me? Very disappointed. Paid through Paypal so exploring further options.
My beloved Dyson (DC20) stopped working and someone recommended Freshway as a possible source to repair it. I called and was greeted warmly by Mark who suggested what the problem was and said to bring it in. He had a look at it and was able to fix the issue (power cord had broken on the inside) on the spot for a great price. Don't throw your non-working vacuum away before you've had Mark take a look at it. Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable service. If I have another issue I will be taking it straight back to Mark before sending it to landfill! Thank you Mark!: D
Recently I became a manager of an accommodation centre. I sought the assistance of Freshway Cleaning Chemical Supplies for the provision of two Vacuum cleaners which were required the same day and some urgent supplies of paper products. Mark one of their staff attended our site promptly and on time. Mark brought with him the requested vacuum cleaners and demonstrated the features and key maintenance and care to ensure long life of these products to our staff. Mark also took the time to view our property and the many and varied needs we have in the maintenance of our facilities. Given the prompt and informed service provided by Mark I look forward to building our commercial relationship with Freshway.
Easy to find since the building is bright pink, wasn't much parking on the highway and clearway after 2pm but plenty parking around the corner to quickly park and make a quick trip up. Came in for a vacuum repair and saw they actually had a walk-in showroom! Staff where friendly and knowledgable about the products. Especially some of the larger equipment not carried on the premises, the one staff member seemed to have a highly specialised knowledge and skillset in the area of parts and repairs. Will be back for sure for future purchases.
Placed an order, confirmed with Freshway products in stock. 5days later refunded as no stock available. Poor customer service.
