Warren and the team are legends! I've worked with them on my past two tax returns. I was spending way too much time trying to navigate the tax code and prepare my tax return which included foreign earned income and capital gains. It was my first time working with a tax agent and I was having a really hard time wrapping my head around how someone could sort through various papers and workbooks I handover to compile my details into a return. Thankfully a Google search and many consistent 5 star reviews and client testimonies led me to Freshwater. Alas, I'll pay it forward.

You can fill out a PDF with your information. You fill that out, and they'll respond with questions. You respond to those, and then they send you the tax forms to review and sign. You do that.and then your forms are lodged.

Based on that, they have a pretty frictionless process.

They clearly understand the AUS tax code, and work to minimize your tax burden.

I'm planning on using them for a tax consult for the upcoming year, once the current tax season is over.

Sarah was on annual leave but stilll replied my email, if you’re from overseas and don’t know what you’re doing about tax, just let them know! Done.and they’ll explain to you every details about it.

Sarah helped me set up my business in Xero, and gave me a walk through of how to use the software, we've also used them for our EOFY accounting.
