We installed our pergola from Fresh Outdoor 1.5 years ago. We just found that the one of rubber strip in the roof has fallen off slightly a few days ago, and we contacted after-sales team instantly. The product itself provide a perfect solution for our requirement. Two pergolas have been installed for my house and all work perfect. Quick respond for measurement, good communication, 3D models been made in days. Production started straight way after locked in design. The pergola has been assembled and tested before shipment. Noticed straight way after product arrived and booked in for installation in weeks’ time. The installation itself went well. The one I have got in the backyard which is 10m long and 2.2m wide has been done in 2 days with a clean site. Never will do a timber pergola again that need to get the builder with carpenter, plaster, painter, electrician etc. …

We had Fresh Outdoor install our louvred Pergola and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I chose Fresh Outdoor and their Louvre roof over other products in the market for their aluminium construction, louvred slats that give a flat look underneath and their integrated lighting in the louvres which gives for much more even lighting.
