Fiona and the team have been wonderful when I’ve needed their knowledge and assistance with my partners Freedom pool.
Their service is quick and professional and I highly recommend these guys to anyone wanting to install a pool or have theirs serviced.

I purchased a component on line to repair my robotic pool cleaner. Fiona provided expert advice on the component that was needed to address the problem. Her efficient, honest and friendly guidance reduced the cost by hundreds of dollars. I am very happy with the result. I recommend using this business.

I Had a lot of trouble keeping my pool clean. I seemed to be always putting chemicals in. But once I went to freedom pools Fiona and Stewart sorted it out I don't have anywhere the hassle I did before and owning a pool.is not the work it once was. Highly recommended this business to all.

My family and I are in the market for an inground pool and visited Freedom Pools in Wagga as part of our research into local companies to do this for us. I don't give this review and rating lightly, however I think this is some honest truth that needs to be heard. The customer service was beyond terrible. We were ignored by the two staff members, one who was busy speaking with someone else who appeared to be a supplier. We approached the other staff member after 10 minutes and told him we wanted to enquire about putting in a pool. He was dismissive and not interested. He seemed shocked at wanting to discuss pools with someone in a pool shop. It all seemed too hard for him to bother with. We left empty handed, not even a brochure or booklet to look through. Guess we'll head back to Narellan Pools.

After buying a house with a pool when we moved to Wagga 6 years ago i wasn't sure where to go for advice and maintenance on it. I tried a number of places before finding the team at Freedom Pools. Stuart Finoa and their team are fantasic, from my weekly visits with a sample to be tested to having major equipment replaced. Due to the pool being 40 years old. Freedom pools are always extremely helpful with any pool inquiries or servicing required on our pool. Just before winter they installed a heat pump on our pool which was a great investment & extended the months of the year the kids can enjoy the pool.
