Purchased outdoor furniture from Freedom Australia only to find the item broken in the box before assembly. Freedom decided to treat this as 'warranty '. After weeks of waiting for an outcome, they tell me that we have to wait 2-4 weeks for a replacement and we can keep using the product in the meantime. Freedom the item is sitting in a box broken and never put together. Your customer service is pathetic.

As a long time Freedom customer, I thought the service and customer care couldn’t get any better but it did when I met Humaria and Marymam today. Humaria was so attentive and dedicated so much time to help me select homewares for my house and worked within my budget. She was so enthusiastic about interior design and picked so many options for me across the whole store to make sure I was satisfied. She was also extremely bubbly and happy to do this and it felt like I had a personal shopper! Maryam was also incredibly helpful and had amazing customer service skills as she helped me with my sale as well. Both girls even helped carry things to my car. Lovely to see two new helpful faces at Freedom:)

So happy with the service & advice I received from Toni at the Casula Store. She was quite happy to show me different options for the items I was looking for, without being pushy. This store will continue to be my first stop when furniture shopping.

Violet had amazing customer service she was very helpful. Went above and beyond, even called us to see if we had received her email with the quote. Was a pleasure to have Violet assist us with our sofa.

On the last day of sale, last week, my parents were served by Violet, who was very patient with us, as Mum was indecisive on the colour and confused with measurements. Freedom Casula was excellent! I was greeted by each staff member on the floor. Carolyn was one of the amazing staff who helped me choose the right S Fold curtains for my sons nursery. The store had a beautiful display with accompanying furniture and an array of colours to choose from. I could buy everything needed in a one stop shop. I would highly recommend!

We were served by Carolyn, Jeff and really nice lady have no complaints at all. There were amazing. High energy and knowledgeable. Will be going back Thank you

Went in freedom to buy a bed frame and bed head, was greeted by Jeff who then referred us to violet. Violet showed us around very well and gave very good recommendations on bed frames and colourways, which we ended up buying due to her good recommendations. We came back the next few days to purchase the furniture and was handled by Khaled. Khaled was very proper and gave very good information about the bed and also good tips on maintenance. Jebril also greeted us and gave very good recommendations on dining tables and dining chairs, which we are now very keen on buying this one dining table in particular thanks to his help.

Absolute disappointment!
I bought a coffee table and was damaged upon opening the box. I have emailed through the photos the same day we had the table, I can’t Fathom how as a customer I will need to wait 7-10 days to have “my claim “ assessed by somebody until I hear back.the table has been taking up so much space just sitting there, a REFUND should be provided it’s not that difficult of a task. I emailed again on the 5th day no response, went into the store the staff at Casula show no interest and do not assist you in anyway. I will not be purchasing anything from freedom in future nor would I recommend their hopeless service.

This store displays misleading pricing on their furniture items which is a breach of consumer law.
Even when this is brought to their attention, they do not honour the price listed on the ticket but make excuses for their misleading behaviour.

First and only shop I walked into, loved everything I saw and didn't need to go to another shop. Khaled took the time effort and patience to help with the hard decisions but lucky for him it was all a breeze. Great store and good quality furnite will definitely go back.

They follow you around like hawks and offer no proper assistance when it comes to style and what you're looking for. They just want the sale and have really annoying customer service tactics. Walking in the store for 5 minutes you get approached by atleast 4 people repeatedly.
Caringbah Freedom has a lot more to offer, they have great interior design stylists and better customer service.

I give 5 Star to the delivery men Hamzi and Sam, they were professional, friendly, quick, on time and even took away the packaging unlike other furniture and bed stores that I bought stuff from. These 2 guys even put the furnitures together and did not leave a mess. Thanks Sam and Hamzi

Had a good experience purchasing our outdoor lounge here. Most staff were polite and a delight to interact with, particularly Khaled who was knowledgeable and helpful with our purchase. The ladies in the bed/mattress department and homewares were also pleasant during our visit.
