Horrible place. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because no stars is not available. Supposed to be wash dry fold. They wash and dry but are very poor on the fold. You need to refold everything and iron shirts and face it, you take your clothes to the laundromat so you dont have to do anything yourself. They put the clean clothes straight back into the container you brought them with using no plastic bags or other protection so your clean clothes pick up the smell and germs of your dirty clothes. One staff person, a male who acts as if he is "cool" is very rude and arrogant. Chill out, remember you wash my underwear.
Both local laundromats, this one and Lovely Laundry, are so bad that, if you cannot travel to a further laundromat I strongly recommend you buy a washing machine and dryer.

To the owner, thank you for your reply. You did my laundry for a while but I was never fully satisfied. The only staff person I was pleased with was the larger Islander girl. She happily washed dried and folded. The annoying person was rude to me on every visit. Whenever I said I only use the laundromat for the drying and folding as I have my own washing machine, he would arrogantly answer he does not fold. That is like the mechanic saying he does not pour in the oil. The last straw was when I said to the other staff person I do want folded and the annoying person interupted and started threatening me to a fight. Upto that point I had ignored his existence. I replied to his threar of course and the only reason we did not fight (which would have ended badly for your aggressive staff person) was because your other staff person stepped in. You can blame me because it is easier for you, but the fact remains you have a staff person who reacts violently with customers. Your comment about other customers liking him is untrue. There are many customers you have lost because of him, some I have met on line and others I have met around Campbelltown.
