Frank's Vittorino Mens Hairdressing

I went for a haircut at frank’s today as I have many times in the past. The hairdresser ignored what I had asked for and cut about 2 inches off when I’d asked to remove the dead ends (about 1cm at most) Quite disappointed as it was clearly just a lack a concentration and care. Some staff seem to only be able to cut short back, sides and top. This is the 4th extremely poor haircut I have received from this barber across a 2 year period and I’ll no longer be getting my hair cut there despite the convenience of its location.

Frank's had been my "convenient" barbershop for the past decade or so. Had my hair cut there by a variety of people.
Pros: Good genuine atmosphere, alright prices, great for quick, practical and simple haircuts.
Cons: Occasionally not the best listeners.
My advice, have a clear image of what you want and be firm.

Friendly barbar shop. Good guys and do professional hair cuts and pricing is very cheap for the north shore. Been here few times now.

Best haircuts in Sydney. I would not go anywhere else other than Franks. The staff are professional, always give the best cuts, maddest fades and top quality banter.

Just had a brilliant cut done by Benno, between Anthony and Ben I couldn't go past their haircuts, never a wrong cut!

Frank’s has been my go to barber since the early 80s Ive moved to other cities, lived in other countries but one of the first things I always do when I’m back in town is get my hair cut by Anthony or any other of the amazing hairdressers up at Frank’s.there is the warm sense of home and family each time I’m there and no one else can cut my hair like them. If I could rate 10 stars I would.

Got my first ever haircut here and undoubtedly will have my last there too. Have tried other barbers after moving away from the area but I’ve learnt franks is worth the drive!

There is only one place that our boys like getting their hair cut. Anthony and the team at Franks Barbers exceed expectations every time. The atmosphere is always wonderful and so are the haircuts!

I have been going to Franks for about 3 years and I have never had a bad experience! They always give a great haircut from both the staff and Anthony himself, who is always up for a good conversation and some friendly banter. He has a great attitude and customer relationshp with the locals and anyone willing to give Franks a try!

Always good for a chat and a friendly experience - not to mention the good haircuts. I’ve seen Anthony do good fix up jobs to manage both young and old people. The chats about sports are always good. The way barber shops should be. Check out the belt buckle while you’re there!

I am local to Gordon and tried Franks and was not happy with my experience.

Franks son who now runs the shop spoke in a condescending tone to staff, and had many stories to tell, not one of them appeared truthful or convincing.

The haircut I received was fairly average, would have got the same quality for half the price at Chatswood.

Perfect place for a haircut. If you want you can sit in silence if that suits you. But if your up for a chat, the guys and gals are always happing to engage in conversation! Great atmosphere would definitely recommend!

Just had my haircut by Antony here and what a cut. After a horrible haircut in Bali and just arriving in Sydney. It was refreshing to get a nice cut with good chat. Will be back for as long as I’m in the area.

When you ask people about Frank, the first they do is smile. Why? The man embodied the old school italian way, smiling ear to ear, greating customers by name, a joke, a laugh, something you just don't get anymore.

When he passed, we truly lost a pillar of the community and the world got just a little bit dimmer.

Although Frank has moved on, his son Anthony embodies everything his father was and more. I've been going to Frank's for 12 years now, there isn't any other barber besides Anthony I would trust with my abundance of Jumunji level hair.

The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, the staff always smiling and laughing. This isn't just a place to get your hair styled, it's a place where you go to experience genuine service and commraderie.

Anthony your dad would be so proud of all you've achieved and how you continue to provide everyone who walks through the door that special touch only you can achieve.

Heard such good reviews about this place an though I would give it a go. But the out come was not very good. The lady who cut my hair literally hack it. When I got home my wife asked who cut my hair? You could see where she had tried to fade the sides with the machine and the top still had original leg pieces of hair.
If I ever go again Il probably wait in the que for Anthony to cut my hair. Looked like he was producing some good cuts.

So I’ve been going to the barber and usaully have an excellent experience but this morning I didn’t have a god experience at all so I got in the barber chair and ask for short on the side which was done and asked for a little bit off the top now what I got was not a little bit off the top, before the haircut I had a lot of hair and now I feel like more then half was cut off the top which is not a little bit abs left me very dissapointed as I stated about 5 times I only wanted a little bit off not a massacre of the top

Usaully a fantastic experience but make sure your barbers actually listen thankyou
