I would agree with a lot of the other comments about poor customer service. I walked into the shop, asked about what I needed, they said they will have to make some calls and will get back to me Friday (3 days later). It’s now over 3 weeks so I guess I’ll never here from them.

Great service and prices. Needed a new battery for my car. They quickly sorted one for me, fitted it and I was on my way in no time.

Became a casual customer here at the beginning of the year for audio on my little daily. My prejudice was had me feeling like Frankie's is just another reseller. I was completely wrong. Went in there with little knowledge in the subject, told them what I wanted out of my system and my budget. Blake showed me the options and considered my other options from other places. He understood what I wanted and educated me on what I didn't know. Eventually came back forked out a bit more after his recommendation, was a bit doubtful however I was immediately blown away. When I scrambled enough I came back for the extras. Have sort of been a regular face, showing up for general questions and inquiries. Came to really trust the crew here. They really will look after you and help you look in the right direction. Hard to find businesses that hold themselves in an honest and respectable manner like this. Their prices are also very reasonable, especially being a local business. You'll find that they have stock of things that you can't find on the market and will be marked at a good price.

I did all the work myself on my vehicle, however I've never heard anything bad from them. I know coworkers in the workshop that definitely rate these blokes.

Definitely show your face, I doubt you'll walk away disappointed. I'll admit, I walk out with a better experience here than in Albion Park Rail.

They are the scammer! Ordered from online, their courier messed up and cannot contact anyone for redelivery. Never received my order. Tried to contact this company for help and refund, they kept saying they wont refund until they received back the items.

Bought several components for a new car sound system and their customer service was outstanding when I needed to alter an order. They also updated me on the shipment of items which were delayed etc. I have also visited their store in Nowra and the staff there were incredibly helpful.

My dashcam installation was fast, affordable, and well executed. Communication was effective and all team members were committed to providing a quality service efficiently. Can't fault them

Have a great outcome with the fitting of a “apple car play” Blake and the team looked after us with excellent service.

They were super helpful in answering all my questions and helping me find the right product for what I needed. When I ordered the product online, they called me to confirm and the parcel was delivered within 48hrs. Great service. Thank you!

The guys in Nowra are very helpful and accommodating when car mods aren't going as planned.

The courier Lost my package in transit, because they couldn’t send it to my PO Box.
If you live in a rural area I’d shop elsewhere.

Very helpful, they are always busy so it might take a little longer to get stuff done but it's worth it.

I drive from Sydney to see these guys. They have worked on all of my cars and the kids as well. I went once to a high end stereo place in North Parramatta but these guys leave them for dead. Their knowledge is second to none, the prices are excellent and you can not beat the personal customer service. They take a real interest in every job they do. I don’t even ask for a quote these days because I trust that what they do is what needs to be done and I’ve never been walked out thinking anything but praise. I got sent the wrong viper remote. Sent them countless emails saying I will even pay postage to swap it. They asked me to take it to a certified auto electrician which I did. Once I emailed them saying even the auto electrician said it's wrong the won't respond to anymore of my emails. Criminals.

I purchased a viper car alarm from Frankie's. After a few months it failed and I was told it would need to be removed and sent off for warranty.

Due to work commitments and lockdowns in Victoria, we did not have an opportunity to have it removed and sent off for warranty within the 12 months window.

After emailing the Frankie's sales team only to be told it's out of warranty now and I can try contact "directed" instead which is just a hand ball. I'm very disappointed with the customer service and poor response.

Viper are a cheap junk alarm system and the service provided by Frankie's is very poor. I wouldn't recommend buying from Frankie's or purchasing a Viper car alarm system as it's not fit for purpose.

After this experience, I would recommend anyone looking for an alarm system to get one supplied and installed to avoid and do more research than I did to ensure you're buying a quality product. Not something that fails after a few months.
