If I were going to make a video demonstrating teamwork, I would film it at Franck Provost Rozelle. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. My stylist, Serena, is just wonderful - knowledgable, talented, intuitive and very interesting to talk to! Love the "new" colour.

Sooji was amazing to discuss options with, make choices and set up a time for an appointment just a week later. Instantly felt that I could trust her to get the results I wanted and she did a fabulous job!

Completely ruined my hair - worst colour of my life. When I complained I was gaslighted by two stylists telling me my hair was not darker than my natural colour they were supposed to be matching - it was much darker. I have been a customer for many years, left the salon visibly upset and not even a follow up call. Colour was supposed to be demi permanent but professional colour removal at a different salon failed to remove the colour, so who knows what that they actually used on my hair. Untrustworthy and disgusting customer service. Do not go here.

I’ve been going to FP Rozelle for about four years. I haven’t a bad word to say - friendly, professional and always a perfect cut. Serena is my stylist and she is amazing.

I’ve been getting my hair done at this salon since 2014 and I can’t sing their praises enough! Their team is absolutely phenomenal, always going above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable and that I get the exact cut and colour I’m after. Soo Ji, Serena and Sue in particular are the stylists who do my hair most and their skills are flawless. Thank you so much for all the wonderful service over the years!

After trying a few places locally, Sooji was exactly what I was looking for. She is so talented at cutting my (very straight) hair evenly and I will keep going back to her. It always feels fresh and healthy after an appointment and the service is lovely!

After moving to Sydney, I was recommended Franck Provost, Rozelle salon. I have visited a few times now, and have always found the staff very welcoming, professional as well as talented. I would recommend their team to anyone who would ask. I normally see the lovely Brooklyn- but she is on her annual leave. I saw Suji tonight and she was equally wonderful! Thank you for helping a greying woman feel a little younger!

A wonderful and very professional salon. I have been seeing Serena for Approx 3 years and she is an amazing colourist and stylist. Serena takes care to ensure colour is sustainable, even and maintains the heath of my hair. I always feel so comfortable and relaxed at the salon and particularly now the extra care taken to ensure a safe experience. Cleanliness in the salon is of a very high level. I would highly recommend this salon.
