This is a real hair beauty salon and it is the only place in Australia where I have found the refinement, attention and professionalism that I experienced in my daily life in Italy, since I am Italian. For three years since I've been here, I've never found anyone who really knows what it's like to be a hair stylist. This hair salon is extraordinary, the French stylist Chanelle is a wonderful professional, a real hair stylist and from now on I will only ever come here, with my family and my Italian friends.

Chanelle is kind, professional and attentive. She always take time to discuss options and provide expert advice, ensuring I got the perfect colour, haircut and products to look after my hair. She is friendly and inviting, making every visit a relaxing and enjoyable one. Her commitment to delivering top-notch service is exceptional. Thank you Chanelle for always looking after me!

I had a great haircut today by Sidney who was very professional and friendly. I was extremely happy with the outcome, a totally new look which I haven't had in such a long time. Great advise was given regarding best conditioning treatment offered without being too pushy:)

Chanelle is a very kind but also professional hairdresser and gave me good advice on how to style my hair. I just cut my fringe and she really helped me understand how to work with it. She has a good eye for people and what suits them.

I’ve been seeing Chanelle at Manly for a long time. So many other salons have struggled with my hair as it doesn’t take colour well and every time with Chanelle my colour is perfect, as is my cut and I leave feeling fabulous and relaxed. My family have started seeing her now too.

It was my first visit at Franck Provast in Manly and I booked in with Sidney. From the first initial contact, he was warm and welcoming and I felt comfortable with him from the get go. It’s hard to find a good hairdresser these days, who not only does an exceptional job, and you want to go back to, but someone who also cares about leaving your hair in a good condition. One thing I did notice with Sidney is, he generally has a passion in what he creates. Sidney can do a lot of complex hair colours, you don’t need to tell him how you like your hair styled because he just knows what suits you and what looks good, his hair cutting techniques are also excellent and it’s hard to find a hairdresser who is good at both - Sidney is that hairdresser. I would recommend Sidney to anyone, book in with him, you won’t be disappointed.

It was my first visit to Manly Frank Provost and it was such a lovely experience. It's a beautiful salon with super lovely staff. My hair stylish Chanelle was lovely to chat to, she listened to exactly what I wanted and absolutely nailed it. Love my new cut! She also gave me tips on how to style and look after my hair as well as the products I needed to switch to. Its been a month since my visit and my hair still looks and feels great!
