Lachlan helped us find a great deal when we refinanced our mortgage. He clearly explained all the options and we went with a $4K cash back offer from Westpac. The process was as painless as possible, all the conveyancing was taken care of and all we had to do was provide paperwork, sign the papers at the branch and advise our old bank that we were leaving. Our old bank was slow in processing the loan transfer and so I was worried that we might miss out on the cash back - but Lachlan followed up for us and we received the money in our account. Easiest 5 star I have ever given!
I have reached out to FR finance after trying out Lendi and Aussie. My experience with those bigger brokerages was not great to say the least, no personalised service whatsoever, they all treat you as just another lead and when some questions came back from banks they literally just gave up on our application.
A friend recommended FR and I was impressed with their service from the very first phone call.
Brendan helped us through the loan application process making it very clear, smooth and seamless. He was always super responsive, friendly and supportive and was a pleasure to deal with throughout.
When we actually found a property to purchase and wanted to look at another lender (after already being pre-approved) due to lower rates, Brendan jumped straight on it again and helped us get unconditional approval from start to finish within a week!
