Frame Today Sydney (Alexandria)

We recently had 8 different items framed with Frame Today. I will definitely be coming here again. The staff really took time to help me with selecting the right frames and borders for my art, which was not easy as I can be very indecisive! They were prompt with the order so I didn't have to wait too long to see the finished product. The quality of the work is excellent too.

I recently had two paintings framed at Frame Today Alexandria. I was so impressed by their selection of frames, customer service and of course the finishing results. A big shoutout to Elise who has been so patient and helpful. Will definitely go back soon!

The name of the shop only applies to very few frames, for the majority of frames it’s a two to three week turnaround.

The staff at this outlet were very friendly and happy to spend time helping us figure out what we wanted from the wide range of options.

Our two paintings were framed by a newer staff member and didn't reflect the standard we'd seen in the shop display room. We called the store to discuss this. The correction was smooth and pain-free. They appreciated the feedback and our paintings were re-framed to the same high quality as the other display examples we'd seen.

I would happily get any further items framed by them. The staff member we dealt with at the front of the shop and who did our final framing was clearly knowledgeable and skilled at her job.

I also like being able to trust that no matter what, the final quality of their work is something I can proudly display on my wall for decades.

For custom framing it was really well priced, customer service excellent. My only regret is that I spent like $250 on framing and then went next door to spotlight and found frames that looked the same for like $40 each. Frame today is best if you want quality, but there are cheaper options if you have an item that isn’t worth paying $250 for framing.

Frame Today did an amazing job for my oil paint canvas. They were efficient and made a high quality stretching in the meantime, reasonable price, and friendly staff.

Friendly staff, fast efficient service and quality workmanship. It's not cheap to get something framed, but there are alot of materials and time that goes into it. After I got over the shock of how much it costs to get something framed and compared prices elsewhere, I went back back to Frame Today at Alexandria with a different expectation of what I need to pay and why. I love my frame, it looks excellent and will last forever so it's money well spent. I will go back there again next time I need something framed.
