I’d really discourage people from buying from here. My teenager spent all his Christmas money on a drone which arrived promptly but with zero instructions. He managed to fly it twice after googling how to do it. It then would not turn on and we charged all the batteries. Got a friend over with one who also bought his batteries to test. Could not get the headset to turn on at all. He said there was a fault. Contact FPV who tel me I have to pay to post the item back. Which I do and with insurance costs me $40. Email me some time later to tell me it’s all working and I have to pay again to have the item sent back. Pretty sure this is against trading regulations. I say the item was not returned damaged other than their fault (pretty sure they’ve switched the headset) and used twice and I would like a refund. They refuse. I am over $500 out of pocket.

Poor product quality control. Twice I was sent faulty items that I had to get replaced or refunded, had to spend an extra $60 just for shipping and waited multiple weeks for stuff to be sent back, in tern, not allowing me to take drones on holidays or social events. Consider buying from other Australian based shops before coming here.

Very good experience, I had a faulty battery and the guy in there sorted me out very quickly. Highly recommend for anyones fpv needs

I've made a few purchases from FpvFaster and they've always shipped very quickly interstate with the correct items with no issues.

These guys are great - if you let them know of your situation (before they send out stuff, of course), they're very prompt at sorting you out. And, might I add - they ship daily, and express is definitely worth the few bucks extra!

Easy online purchase, I forgot to add batteries to my order but managed to message chat who were very helpful and added the batteries for free delivery. Postage was slow but hardly fpvfasters fault.

Delays due to COVID-19 has almost inevitably meant that FPV equipment I order from overseas takes 3 - 4 weeks to get to me. I ordered all the parts I needed to build an iFlight DC3 from them on Thursday and the parts arrived the next day! I can't tell you how much I appreciate this. It looks like I'll be flying this weekend! Would definitely buy from them again.

Fpv faster was great I'm new to FPV quads so the professional help was great. Myself and fpv mist on one component i needed to fly witch was ordered on line and delivery in 24 hours great service and advice. Definitely not like most hobbie shops as a newbie where your treated like a fool because your new to the hobbie. Professional servie with no attitude will to help at a reasonable price.
