Fowler Homes

I would never engage with Fowler Homes again. It's been 2 years and I am waiting for 31 pending issues to be resolved. I built in December 2021 and its December 2023 and issues are still unresolved.

We are thrilled to share our review of Fowler Homes. From the outset, Ross and Layne's management of the tender process was flawless, making the entire experience seamless. Lydia's guidance throughout the Pre-construction phase was invaluable. Her attention to detail was truly remarkable and we are so grateful for all that she has done for us.
Steve, our site supervisor, went above and beyond. His dedication was evident as he effortlessly handled every challenge.

I purchased house land package from Fowler in Catherine field. Found them very good company to build with. Very good quality home at good price. Steve Ryan our first site supervisor was very easy to deal with. Couple of small issues but was sorted by the construction manager Steve licastro. I highly recommend Fowler homes and would most definitely build with them again.

I have had a great experience with Fowler Homes. Look no further if you want a quality and reputable builder that has great communication and processes.

Our first home was built by Fowler and we are so happy with not only the end product but the process we went through in building with them. Our site supervisor Adam was amazing and kept us up to date the whole way, so thankful for him and the beautiful house we have today.

My wife and I almost gave up in finding a builder, but our last try was with Fowler Display Homes in Leppington (Willowdale). We were a bit hesitant and thought it would be the same bad experience that we were getting, BUT when we met Mark and saw his knowledge, energy, and passion to help us build our perfect home, we knew he was the one and haven't looked back since.

Mark has always been transparent with us and any doubts we had were answered by him. I can honestly refer Mark to anyone that is looking for a builder with great customer service & excellent knowledge in designing a home that will suit their needs.

We had a great experience from the first time we met the Fowler representative at Marsden Park display home 2018 to beyond after the build. He was thoughtful about our situation and went through with us carefully the process, this was our first home! I was beyond satisfied with the help we received.
We then transferred to our Client Service Administrator who deligently work with us through out the next complicated processes. She was simply amazing.
August 2019 I was introduced to my
Site Supervisor Mick Bucciarelli. As first a home builder I had many questions and was worried. I'd call Mick a thousand times and every time, he'd go above and beyond to answer my questions.
Mick would send us WEEKLY updates and schedule multiple sites inspections throughout the construction process. Mick made the building process stress free and he genuinely cares about the work put into our home.
He is a God sent man! You have made a difference to the biggest journey of our life, thank you.

I would like to express my gratitude to all of the staff, suppliers and trades who worked tirelessly to turn this house into an amazing home for me and my daughters.

Firstly I would like to say a HUGE thank you to my wonderful supervisor Scott McKillop. Scott, you truly went above and beyond in managing the build of my home, nothing was ever a problem, you were always happy to answer all of my questions and provide a solution to any issues that arose and you made everything feel so easy and seamless. The house was finished to perfection and there is nothing I could fault as you covered every detail. Thank you for your guidance and especially the patience you had with me!

I am delighted with the finishes and colours of my home everything has turned out perfect and all works well together. I have Fowlers colour team to thank for this as their knowledge, passion and expertise surpassed all of my expectations.

The amazing trades and suppliers brought our home to life, thank you! They have all done an absolutely incredible job and have gone above and beyond to make this the perfect home for my daughters and I. Their efforts and quality of workmanship is second to none and has been commended by family and friends who have visited the home, we are surprised that such suburb inclusions and finishes can be produced by a contract builder at an affordable price.

Many of my family and friends have built with other builders, spent more money and have not received anywhere near the level of inclusions or quality that I have.

Lastly, thank you to the Fowler family for making my dream a reality. I have done this for my daughters and I am eternally grateful for everything you have all done to make this possible, I will never forget it, my heart is bursting with gratitude and I appreciate it more than you all know.

We came across Fowler Homes at Oran Park display centre and instantly fell in love with their homes. We built the Hemisphere 38 and from the outset they were professional and honest. The best thing i loved was the estimate they gave me included everything and when the Tender came back it was actually cheaper then the estimate so this was a big plus for us. The pre construction team were excellent they gave us regular email updates and selections people Leanne & Keisha were fantastic. A huge thank you to Tony our site supervisor he was absolutely brilliant he always took our calls, if he couldn't talk he would ask to call us back which he always did.he walked us through the home at key milestones and explained what was happening. Thanks to Tony and Fowler our home is exactly what we wanted and the quality is first class.

We recently built with Fowler Homes and they were terrific from start to finish. We built their Portofino design and sheesh it is grand - we love it!

A few hiccups along the way but we are very happy with the final result of our Portofino now we are moved in.

Honestly a great experience from start to finish, very professional. We love our new Galleria 24.

Our Site Supervisor was great during construction. Easy to communicate with and kept us in the loop weekly.

Great team and quality home. Really enjoying our new Toorak 27.

Terrible customer service. My mum asked for a break down for an invoice for the lighting put in. Under fair trading they should supply her with a break down for what is transacted for what I'm paying. They told her it was her fault and she needs to go back to THEIR subcontractor pay another 250$ to arrange to meet and even at the end of it, not get a break down.

Get it together. Don't deal with these guys if you want a build a home, unless you don't want good service.

Really? Do fowler homes have quality home and transparency? Sure, your display homes are beautiful but not the real houses Fowler homes built for your real customers. In reality, they are full of defects as somebody wrote in Product Preview from roof to plumbing to electrical and she is not alone. Fowler homes has problems with finding enough tradies to do the jobs that is why my site supervisor told me Fowler homes has been building my house for more than 22 months and still cannot finish. And there are also full of defects. I am afraid only as your real customer I know how it is like to deal with Fowler homes just one lie after another. I do not think your tradies pay any attention to details. Often one tradie has to come back to fix another tradie's shoddy work as one review wrote in Product Review and I strongly agree with him because it also happens at my house. Fowler homes is not a professional builder at all but full of misleading stuff.
