Fosterton Retreat

It was really wonderful to stay at this beautiful and peaceful retreat. I loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunset while the wallabies had their dinner. Walking the labyrinths was really good for me, as was the special time spent with Max.

Highly recommend this fabulous place to stay with the extended family. Bronwyn and Max are wonderful hosts offering this incredible slice of heaven for your recreation. We booked the big house where there is more than enough space for all to do their own thing. Wandering the many paths around the property. We enjoyed everything about the place and the surrounding area. Be sure to swim in the pool even if it's cold, sit around the camp fire even if it rains, enjoy listening to the family members that love watching their footy even if you don't. Gather everyone and get out there. It's special and you'll all love it.

Fosterton Retreat was the perfect location for a family gathering. Large bedrooms (very comfy beds) and living areas, huge dining table, fire pit and wonderful pool. We saw a koala and lots of wallabies around the house. Beautiful walks, and the river down the road is also lovely. Thankyou Max and Bronwyn!

Fosterton retreat is off the beaten track and well worth it. A wonderfully quiet place for a weekend away, with great and generous hosts. We turned up very late but Max was patiently waiting for us and toured us around. At dawn and dusk you are visited by many small wallabies, and there's some beautiful bird life and walking tracks on the property. The perfect location for our group building activity. We will definitely return. Highly recommended.

This place was breathtakingly beautiful. It is peaceful, privite and tranquil. The wildlife was amazing. We definitely would recommend this place for a magical time away.
