Julie and Michael have been our go to company for any computer and internet needs for our family. Their can do attitude is a testament to their professionalism for their clients needs.

Scammers. Charged $300 for a $110 part and install (SSD) when an SSD wasn't even the problem, it was a faulty GPU. They will probably reply to this saying that I'm a fake review and all that but word of warning, stay clear from this business

Always receive friendly and helpful advice from Forward Computers in Kiama. Definitely my 'go to' for computer issues, upgrades and advice.

I was at Kiama Forward computers 2 days ago and was given the best service and advice ever. They fixed my internet and my computer for a very reasonable price considering it to a lot of work to do cause I had really stuffed it up.
On my way there I witnessed a rude guy call the owner a ******** and was shocked as all this was because he was asked to wear a mask.
I know that the lady owner has lung problems so this guy is a jerk for having a shot at them. Maybe he will know what its like to have health problems one day and get the same treatment from someone.
Sorry Kiama Forward Computers, you shouldn't have to put up with that. Thank you for all your help.

The worst experience ever, this bloke does not know a thing about computers, don't waste your money. Take it to someone who can actually fix your computer and not rip you of, you have been warned just look at the ratings, he should not be allowed to operate. I have passed onto appropriate authority

I Have dealt with Kiama Forward Computers for perhaps 15 years or more. Have always found Michael and Julie both professional and friendly. Their prices have always been very conservative and their work has been exemplary. Michael understands the need to explain options as well as give understandable reasoning when making suggestions. He explains processes in a manner that even I can understand. Their business has a family feel to it, not only with myself, but also with observations of dealings with other customers in their shop. I have recommended them to a number of friends and relatives over the years.
