Thank you Nicole and Dr Bagari for the urgent treatment of our son. We really appreciate it. Highly recommend this medical centre.

I did previously rate 5 stars but since after Covid, the medical centre hasn't been quite the same. I don't know if its HotDoc but it's exceptionally difficult to get an appointment esp for phone consultations. I've had some rude encounters with reception staff and issues with a nurse taking blood.

It could possibly have something to do with internal work issues that the public don't see but the forum medical centre isn't the same. I miss the previous female doctors who were wonderful!

My first appointment for a skin check was satisfactory but the the second one after a year was rushed, like the doctor did not care at all. Not even looking closesely at some of my moles.

At 10am I made an over the phone appt for 2: 15pm. I told reception that last time I had to wait 1 hr for my call to come through from the doctor. She said to just call up and she’ll transfer me through if they’re late. It’s now 4: 15pm and I have had no call from the doctor. And I have rang reception 17 times and the phone is just ringing out. Can’t get in touch with anyone. Terrible service!

This is now a mixed billing practice instead of a bulk billing practice, and for this reason alone it deserves a 1-star review.

Dr Bagari is an excellent dermatologist. A true gentleman and very knowledgeable and patient with customers.

This used to be a wonderful family practice but it has certainly changed for the worse. Dr Francis is the best but hard to get an appointment with. There have been the occasional good locum but overall the standards have dropped. Una and Lesley were lovely receptionists who were always very helpful and knew all the patients names and said hello. Not the same atmosphere now. I had a bad experience with the GP I saw today and will now be looking for a new doctor.

I have been here a few times and always had a great experience. Dr. James Brown was very thorough. He also gave extra care for my daughter, by asking his assistant to help clean and bandage the infected area.

Book a 30 minutes skin moles es check. The studio was desert not a patient, they manage anyway to make me wait 30 minutes even if I had an appointment booked.
Went in for a full skin check as I was quite worried for few spots. The doctor that probably has 100 years old experience, doesn't neither check the spots with a lense or do a body scan. Nothing! He just told me that he thinks it's everything fine and just take pictures and come back in two months. He also said that I CAN ASK TO REMOVE THEM, before getting moles checked, they will then get examined and if they were a problem it would be already solved! I mean don't you test them before remove them? The visit finishes in 5 minutes which 4 he takes to type my name on a computer. AVOID! Such waist of time!

Made first appointment in person and filled out forms, showed up for appointment only to be told I didn't have one. Someone in reception needs to fo a lot better. Will not be returning staff less than helpful.

Dr. Ryan Shannan is an amazing General Practitioner, and always is very polite and courteous during the consultation, both in-person and through telehealth throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Shannan has greatly assisted me through my various health concerns. He has always provided me with practical health solutions. I have recently come and received cosmetic fillers to my face, including lip filler, temple filler, jaw filler and dyspot for my frown lines and around my crows feet. Dr. Shannan listened to all my concerns and the result I hoped to create with the cosmetic injectables. I am so happy with the results, and already I have received numerous compliments. Dr. Shannan has a very precise injectable technique, left no bruising and produced the exact result I wanted. Looking forward to coming back. I am so happy!

I had a good experience at Forum medical and skin centre, Dr Ryan Shannan was very professional and explained me clearly the process and benefits of care. I highly recommend it and i won't hesitate to go back.

My daughter and I had the worst experience at this clinic with Dr. Ryan Shannan, he is completely unprofessional, rude and arrogant. Obviously a man that has very little regard for women and children as he gave us no eye contact and refused to treat my daughter who was simply after a referral for a misalignment of her tailbone. I'm not sure which neck of the woods you come from Dr. Shannan but you will be hearing from The Australian Medical Association. I have lived in the forum for years and this clinic has always operated with such professionalism but since the clinic was taken over by new owners this clinic has severely declined. What's more alarming is that the practice manager has supported this incomprehensible unprofessional behavior. I have since heard terrible reviews about Dr. Shannan from residents in the building who refuse to return to what was once an amazing clinic.
Your response to my review makes no sense, as discussed he didn't even attempt to have a consultation. Covering up for such unprofessionalism is dangerous to the public and will only lower your standards.

I have been coming to The Forum Medical Centre for a few years now. I had my first experience with Dr Shannan and it was not a positive one. Which is a shame, as I have always found the practice to be courteous & professional & empathetic. As a medical mum caring for a child with multiple issues, it is very rare I visit a doctor for myself so I did expect some care & I had to take days off work to do this. I am double vaxxed & did not present with flu symptoms as required for face to face appt. I am reluctant to follow up & found the whole situation awkward & uncomfortable due to this GP’s paranoid behaviour.

I have always found Dr Ryan Shannan to be very knowledgeable and updated with the latest policies and practices.
He always does his follow up care very well.

A great bulkbilling medical clinic. My appointment was on time and was met by a very courteous Dr Ryan Shannon. Dr Ryan did not rush me out, all my concerns were addressed, diagnosed and treated. I also appreciate the approach the Dr took in managing my treatment in the most cost effective way. Highly recommend him and this clinic!

Dr Shannon is totally unprofessional and rude during my consultation a week ago he treated my child like she was infectious I was told to take her to the emergency department during my consultation with Dr Shannon he wouldn't even examine her instead cowering in the corner and basically told me to leave the surgery I had immunisations to be done he refused and ushered me out of the room but did not leave his chair as he thought my child was dirty all I wanted to do was get my child immunised and a quick check up instead being told to go to emergency during the covid pandemic I would think in times like this the emergency department should be for urgent matters including covid 19 I will never return to this centre and I am lodging a complaint through the health department regarding his inability to be a general practitioner

Deeply impressed with Dr Ryan. He didn’t rush me out the door and I felt asked very intelligent questions to the problems I presented. He provided me with so many resources and information I was blown away and have never experienced such treatment from a GP.highly recommend seeing him - will be definatey taking my entire family to him. Had an appointment booked with them. Have a confirmation email as well. When i got there on the morning they told me its been cancelled and they couldn't get a hold of me. Very disappointing considering i have a confirmation email from them for the appointment

Very disappointing experience. I called with a suspected fractured bone in my foot to get a referral for an x-ray. I was told that because I hadn't recently been at the clinic (essentially because i am a healthy person who doesn't frequent the doctor) they couldn't do the telehealth appointment and I'd have to come in - despite having a potentially broken foot and on a day where NSW is on alert due to recent covid cases. I will not be coming back here.
