We purchased a bed frame and mattress from Forty Winks in Crows Nest and the overall experience was top notch. Craig and the team were friendly, knowledgeable and bent over backwards to get us a bed delivered before Christmas. The entire process was easy, seamless and as committed. Came in eager to purchase a bed and was ignored. The one staff member took quite a long time helping someone else and didn’t make an effort to make us feel welcome or that she was going to attempt to help us soon. Buying a bed requires service and it seemed she was alone.

Craig was very informative and patient when I was choosing My Side Gen 5.0 Queen size mattress.

The value for the base, headboard and the Bed was worth every cent. I wanted to have the comfort and quality of a Kingsdown bed and that is what the mattress delivered.

The base, headboard and the overall look and quality of the ensemble is high quality.

The guys that delivered them were nice and pleasant and though they came a day early - worked out well in the end.

Craig welcomed my family and me and he really made our choice easy with his professional advice. My son had time to stay in his comfort zone with a little table, toys and colors.

I am absolutely delighted with the service provided by Craig (Forty Winks, Crowsnest) this weekend. My husband and I had a trillion questions, went back and forth, and wanted to spend $$ conservatively. We went to Forty Winks (FW), Snooze and David Jones and not only did FW smash prices out of the park, the customer service was so good we brought our parents back to upgrade their bedding as well. Thank you for respecting our time, our budget, our curiosity and for answering all of our questions as if it were no hassle. We really appreciate everything you did to help us this weekend.

Super efficient and excellent service. Delivery guys were super helpful in taking away our old mattress up to the top of the street for council collection.

Great experience. We needed a double ensemble for our spare room. We needed it very quickly as we had a guest staying on the weekend. We got the bed with plenty of time to spare. Guy was very helpful in helping us pick the right bed for our budget. The delivery guys were great as well.

I did some research before going into the store and pretty much knew what mattress I wanted.
Craig served me and I showed him the mattress I was interested in. He didn't try to change my mind, only pointed out that "plush" means soft and most people go for medium.
After trying both, I went with
medium. Appreciated the advice and the sale was made. No drama, no pressure and I can't wait for it to arrive and our old one taken away.
Have since received our new mattress and am extremely happy with it.

Excellent customer service. The mattress selector bed that tests you for optimal comfort was quit novel. However, we already selected our favourite. Customer service was excellent and delivery as agreed. We still pretty much like the mattress, although we needed to go through the first weeks of it being a bit too hard. But this was something we were told to expect.

Fantastic service. We live in a terrace and the delivery boys got our huge bed up our narrow stairs with no complaints at all, they just made it happen.

Excellent customer service. Craig was very helpful and patient as we searched for the most comfortable mattress and pillows and chose the style and fabric for a custom bed frame. He also organised our new mattress to be delivered ASAP when we needed it and organised a temporary bed frame until our custom bed frame is ready. Very happy customers.
