We were well served by our visit to Forty Winks Chatswood where we found the parking easy under the building. Up stairs to the large well stocked showroom we were met by a helpful and knowledgeable young lady who listened to our requirements and suggested a couple of different mattresses that might suit our needs. The price options seemed reasonable and they provided, for a small fee, an additional service to take away our old mattress. Recommend.

Went to Forty Winks Chatswood and bought two sets of trundle beds and mattresses for children’s sleepover. We were served by a lovely lady, Alana who was very acknowledgeable, patient, nice and helpful!
Delivery and assembly were perfectly arranged. Highly recommended!

This is our second time dealing with Forty Winks Chatswood. The staff polite ad very helpful. The product ordered was correct and delivered by very well mannered staff who kindly assembled the headboard for me. I was notified of my delivery time and this was confirmed the day of delivery as well. We will do business with them for any future bedding requirements.

If you want to shop a mattress in-store, I highly recommend her service). Went into the store to purchase a mattress for my children. I was served by a lady named Darcy. Darcy was absolutely lovely to deal with, she was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. She allowed us & gave us the time we needed in order to make the best choice that suited my son & daughter’s needs. I was free to test out all the beds to decide which one I liked the most, without pressure from the staff once we'd said hello and I said I'm happy to look around until I need help.

I had the pleasure of being looked after by Darcy and Alana. They were both very knowledgable and gave me the confidence to purchase our mattress and bed from them. The whole process was very smooth and enjoyable and I can't thank them both for their professional, yet very friendly service.

Really friendly and cheerful staff. Store is huge with massive stock of products on display for one to try out and make up their mind. Delivery was just as expected and no delays or troubles of any kind. So far I have made use of their sales twice and am quite happy with the purchases.
