Forty Winks Castle Hill

Bait and Switch pricing method was used on pricing a bed for us today by salespeople at the Castle Hill Forty Winks store. Sadly I don't think I could trust them for selling us a bed in future.
We were given a written sale price on a bed this afternoon and whilst we were making up our mind on a colour choice, the salesperson asked us for the written quote back and increased the quote by $600. When we asked her to honour the original price (which was apparently given by mistake) the owner was called who refused to honour the original quote.
Alot of time was wasted looking at these products only to have you find out you can't afford it. Terribly sad waste of time and sorry to see unethical dealings by the company with not honouring quotes and taking back evidence of a price.

Castle hill forty winks was great!
Prior to visiting forty winks my husband and I were very confused and overwhelmed about which mattress was right for us.
Within 15 mins, George was able to narrow it down to two mattresses. We didn’t think it would be possible as I wanted a plush mattress and my husband was looking for something on the firmer end. Thanks to George’s guidance and honesty, we are very happy with our selection and highly recommend George if you are looking for a new mattress and unsure where to start.

We were very pleased with the customer service first and foremost and of course the knowledgeable staff, quality and range of products available. We had visited other similar stores but Forty winks Castle Hill was the best in comparison in all of the above. We were instantly greeted by Pearl as soon as we entered the store. Very very late delivery…ordered bed in February and they said expected delivery is mid april…but now received an email that delivery is late upto mid June.very unprofessional

My experience here was suboptimal. I ordered a pillow online and though I was told it would arrive in about 2 weeks, it didn't for over 4 weeks. And when i enquired, it took another 2 weeks for the item to arrive. So a total of about 6 weeks for a pillow.
In addition, the store seems to be confused if the responsibility of delivering the item lies with them or the head office.
Another pain point was that I paid extra to have the item delivered to my home address but when it arrived in store they asked me to come in and pick it up and seem to have forgotten or not know that home delivery was requested.
And when I requested a refund for the delivery fees, they ask me to contact the head office again.
My experience here was a complete mess.
