Whilst I didn’t purchase through forty winks (mainly due to long delivery wait times/stock availability), I wanted to give a quick shout out to Alexis for her great service and patience. Forty winks have a great team at the Campbelltown store and I’ll keep them in mind for future purchases.

I had an amazing lady help me on the 9/01/23. Her name was Olivia (same name as me hehe), and she was absolutely amazing. We both feel like she went above and beyond in helping us, and we were able to find a mattress that best suited us. She was also very helpful in guiding us on what bed frames to go for and not to. Very happy with her service.

Staff are extraordinarily helpful, kind and friendly. They were helpful both with financing and with choosing the right mattress for me, and helped me get a mattress that day because my room got flooded. I cannot reccomend this place more.

Extremely disappointed and feeling very mislead. Went through the bed match process and was directed by salesperson to suitable matressess for my wife and I who have back issues. Selected a exquisite aspen medium Mattress and adjustable base, around 5k worth total, which felt comfortable Instore and was Informed by the salesman that the mattress we would receive would feel firmer than the Instore mattress, which we were fine with. From the first night using the matress we noticed it felt much softer than Instore and feels nothing like what we tested and 4 weeks in can not even sleep on it due to the centre sinking down and being to soft. Which in turn makes the adjustable base pointless because what's on top of it is so uncomfortable. We really feel like we have been ripped off with this purchase as we feel we were mislead with incorrect information. Wish I could get a refund but basically bed sellers operate by their own rules somehow with their terms and conditions, which is a joke as it let's them get away with situations like this. Total waste of money.

We went to buy 2 beds. Olivia assisted us with our choices. She was very attentive to our needs and helped us to select beds, bases and bed heads for 2 bedrooms.

I contacted these guys 5 days prior on the phone before actually going to store.
Olivia was amazing on the phone dealing with all my questions wants, needs and price. I explained to her about the other store I went to and what I had seen etc and well All I can say is that Olivia had the sale from that phone call after helping me with all my questions. Great work from Forty Winks especially Olivia.

We came into get a new matress thinking we knew what we needed. We were welcomed by Kathleen, who was absoloutley amazing. She matched my Husband and I to the appropriate firmness and style. She spent close to an hour with us and explained all the features of the matresses she got us to try and we ended up with a perfect matress for the both of us. Looking forward to a comfortable sleep.
