Friendly service, they went out of their way to help me organise mattress pick up from the warehouse when the warehouse worker actually had the day off. I appreciated that! This was great customer service.

My parents had an issue with their mattress. Ross at the Auburn store addressed the issue seamlessly. Ross should be commended on his friendly customer service, his constant communication and taking ownership of the issue (even though the issue was with the mattress manufacturer) from the beginning right until the end. I can't thank him enough for making a stressful event so very less stressful.

We were really taken aback by the reception we received. Avoid the Asian saleslady as she is extremely rude! Called my wife a liar and continued to insinuate she was lying even after we produced a quote one of their salespeople gave us. Weren't prepared to honour the quote until we pushed the issue. We have been customers in the past but not now. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a business owner and sales person. DO NOT GO THERE! Lovely people at the sleeping giant across the road in the centre. Ask for Joe.

Hamish was a big help. My first time buying a bed and came out after ordering a double bed and base. They called me back today to say the base will be held up but they can deliver the mattress sooner and will lone me a base till mine is ready. Now that’s service.

We went here on a Saturday and Wednesday. Ross and team were awesome, they were very friendly and answered all our queries in detail.

There was one lady (a bit more elderly with black hair) though who wasn't helpful at all when we were there on a Saturday. Her answers were curt, and didn't offer to help with anything at all. But Ross, et al more than made up for it so I'm still giving five stars.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the CS manager on the floor, Ross!

He was informative and attentive to what we were after but the best part of the whole experience was the fact that it didn't feel like a sales conversation, much more organic and natural. We got our bed delivered as advised and could not be happier with the whole experience.

Outstanding place. We have purchased all our bedding requirements from here for a number of years now. Kids beds, mattresses and most recently new queen size bed for us. We have dealt with Ross, Grace and Priscilla. All very helpful and informative. We have never felt the need to shop around as the service is always good and the price is fair. I also had the pleasure of meeting a Senior Manager, Priscilla. Dealing with her was just as equally an amazing shopping experience as she too went above and beyond to ensure that I was totally 100% satisfied and happy with my purchase! Nothing was a problem for Priscilla and it was obvious that she has had many years experience in customer service and took pride in her position!

My original order was a mattress and base but due to the OUTSTANDING SERVICE IN EVERY ASPECT I ended up purchasing an entire bedroom suite including pillows!

I cannot highly recommend Forty Winks Auburn enough so please if you are reading my review DONT take my word for it you must go and see for yourself and be blown away by the exceptional service received from Management and Staff!

Ps. Don’t bother ordering online from Forty Winks. Go directly to the Auburn Store and you will totally satisfied you made that decision!

Excellent service. Quality Australian made products and very competitive prices esp when you know its local, has longer warranty and service to help if you need it. Max was patient and super helpful. Took us a couple of visits before we settled on everything but Max helped with any questions or concerns and helped us keep close to budget (as much possible when fitting 5 bedrooms). We walked away feeling confident and happy with our order. Highly recommend this store and particular visit to Max.

We visited forty winks in auburn and dealt with a lovely lady who was very very helpful pointed us in the right direction when we were unsure. She had alot of knowledge and was more than happy to help and go look for answers if she wasn't sure. Several times she rang different suppliers about specific delivery dates etc. Really highly recommend this spot for its staff

My wife and I took delivery of a bed purchased from Forty Winks Auburn today. Our purchase from a sales point of view all the way to the delivery has been hassle free.everything was on time and the delivery guys were so polite and extremely helpful. If you want great service buying a bed I would strongly suggest you visit Forty Winks Auburn. I can't recommend them more than writing this review.
