Bad customer service. Wasted my time. I went to them last week and they said they were busy and couldn't do it then. No problem, so I ask if they can do next week. They said sure. I come in the week after and they said they're already have too many repairs to do it.

These guys were great to work with! They were clear on what needed to be repaired for my car and with a reasonable price as well. My car looks like it didn't have a scratch at all. Will definitely come back if I have any issues with my car - thanks once again!

I cannot begin to complement these guys enough, very professional, great craftsman and very affordable. I had my white 2002 Landcruiser repaired by the Forest Road Smash Repair Crew and could not be happier. The car came out looking better than it did from the factory 19 years ago.
Luckily for them, I've damaged the car again four-wheel driving, so they will be seeing me very soon!

Emailed them pictures of my car and got back to me with a quote which was very reasonable within a couple of hours! He even dropped me off at the train station and picked me up when the car was ready. Given they were super busy its not the fastest service, however this wasn't a concern for me and they kept me up to date with regards to timings. They did a great job on my car! Thanks again for your hard work.

The price is very reasonable, the cheapest I found; but again the service and the work they've done is as awesome as those who charge much higher price. Steve is a true gentleman. The repairs were top class and he treated us all with respect and courtesy. This was an NRMA claim which went without a hitch. He even got my pink slip sorted and organised 2 new tyres which saved me time. Very happy indeed.
