Forest IT

Wonderful service - not only did they "diagnose" the issues I was having with my computer they built and organised a new computer that has meant I am working more effectively and efficiently! They will be my virtual IT Department from now on ;)

We were looking for a new computer after being disappointed with our previous computer and the advice given. Mike, was brilliant, he was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. He listened to our needs, explained things clearly, and patiently answered all our questions. He definitely went out of his way to help and always responded to our calls and messages. We are so pleased with how Mike set up our new computer. We will definitely be using Forest IT for any future tech needs and highly recommend them. Thanks so much Mike and Forest IT!

What happened to all their staff?

My partner had finished up building our first PC when everything went wrong. Boot looping, unable to identify what was wrong, quotes for repair looking to cut our savings in half. We ended up taking it to Forest IT, where Ian was able to not only identify the problem, but solve it in under 2 hours, not to mention being generous with the cost. As fairly poor young people it was super helpful!
Amazing service, extremely friendly and helpful people. I will certainly be making Forest IT my go to computer repair store from now on, I would recommend you do as well.
