Foot Locker

I always feel the service is amazing.i ordered online and recieved wrong size.i found a foot locker and got them changed to the right size

When i ordered my crocs there was a brown smudge on the shoe absolutely disgusting and i ordered the cutie crush crocs but instead i got the glassic blue crocs

Ordered a shoe, waited 2 weeks for it, then found out that the shoe was sent back because of a staff mistake. Very disappointed. Still waiting on refund too.

Very pleasant sales staff in the shop. There was a buy 1 and get 50% off sale on Nike shoes when we went. We had a nice experience and bought 2 pairs of shoes:)

This footlocker is one of the best in terms of stock but the customer service is really bad.

The workers are really in your face and every single worker will approach you to ask if you need help when you’ve already answered “no” to their co-worker and they will follow you around store the whole time you’re there- you will never be left to shop in peace which is really off-putting.

Just learn to leave your customers alone and it would honestly be the best footlocker!

Fiot locker is another Sports Store that is up to the high standard of other Sport Stores ib Sydney!

Customer Service here is a bit strange, they try to offer you help but once they comes to you they talk polite but not really nice (one of them) building up the feeling like "better go other bran (d) ch".

There is a thing has too much customer service, just wanted to enter to check a few red shoes i liked and in less than 2 minutes i was asked repeatedly by 4 different staff ''if i needed help/if i was ok''.
Started sounding condescending and annoying as i told eachone that i was just looking (its not that hard to see what customers have already been attended?) and the cherry on the top was the greeter saying ''not gonna buy anything? ''

Had a very positive experience at this Haymarket Foot locker on 09/02/2020 at 10: 40am by Malia and her manager Halu. I was looking for a pair of Jordan shoes for my husbands Valentines present and they both were very helpful、attentive、kind and displayed their best guest service! I will never forget how they made me feel during my experience there down to the point where they offered to mind my Jordan shoes that I paid so that I could look around the mall because I was with my 7 month old daughter. Very very kind of them! Not only that、they also told me about a promotion at Haymarket $10k promoand were wishing for me to win. Thank you for making my experience memorable and made my day

I just wanna grab the Asics Nimbus 23 on sale real quick but got kicked out for not having a facemask, should atleast offer one. Good thing the Foot Locker at george street provide a facemask for those who doesn't have.
