Avoid if you can and spend your money elsewhere. U wont get served here! They dont even acknowledge you or say hi! Ended up walking out and buying shoes elsewhere! There were 2 guys on and not 1 bit of service.

Went in for new work shoes.
Chloe was very helpful, she explained everything in great detail that happens when i walk, noticed that i have orthotics buy how i walked in, to how i walked in the video. Had some great recommendations and very knowledgeable. 10/10 service.

Normally a good variety of shoes and clothing but lately it has been lacking. Always seems to be way too many staff on at one time as they are normally just standing around or chatting. Occasionally the service is good but it could be better.

Avoid if possible.go somewhere else. Absolutely terrible staff with zero customer service skills. Had just spent over $660 dollars on shoes and was asked if we where members to receive a 10% discount. Went to use the app and it was not working. Asked if they could do anything as the app was not working and nothing could be done.no discount offered, no compensation.shop is run by teens more worried about the younger people In store that don't spend anything and couldn't give a stuff about a customer that is willing to spend 600 dollars plus.wrote to their head office and notified them via the feedback on the receipt.nothing in return. Nothing offered, not even a phone call. Should of stuck with platypus shoes and walked out.at least you know what to expect from them. Will not be returning anytime soon. Very disappointing experience.wish I could rate lower then one star.

So today around 3: 30pm, staff showed what they really think of their workplace. Not acknowledging customers or not willing to help until I put shoes on the counter and interrupt their conversation.
My family and I came in planning to purchase new shoes for school, until a female dressed in her footlocker decided it was a perfect time to start swearing and carrying making a complete seen.
After noticing her behaviour we decided that it was the perfect time for her to leave, until she came back again with the same attitude problem.
Now as I parent of quite young children, I was not impressed to say the lease. Management need to be monitoring this store as I imagine it isn’t the first complaint.
Can now say we will not be returning to that store and instead driving to Charlestown as they even have the decency to acknowledge us and try and help us in any way possible.
