23Honestly, the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced, i put my shoes on hold for 24 hours and the next day when i came to pick them up, i found that they were sold. I specifically told her NOT to sell it and she said it’s all good, don’t worry. When i came to her the next day they were sold and she said it’s not my fault ️. What type of policy is this.they don’t know how to treat their customers and don’t even know their own products well, especially the app and member services. The manager should teach the staff the policies, rules and information in their shop. The girl with red hair doesn’t know anything, she’s good at saying sorry it’s not my fault and that’s about it. I missed out on my sisters birthday that day, because i promised her those shoes and now i have to wait for them until stock comes in
I have never been so disappointed in the service at the Liverpool store. I entered the store, there were no other customers, not one, just me. I looked for about five minutes while three staff members were chatting at the cash register. I thought one of them would pull away from their conversation to serve me but no….
Another couple of minutes past and I decided to leave the store. As I got to the front of the store I turned around to find the three staff members still enthralled in their conversation and did not even notice me. It was like I was never there. I looked at them and said ‘thank you very much for all your help’. One of the staff members looked at me shocked but another said ‘you’re welcome’. I guess sarcasm breeds sarcasm. Myself and my family will never shop there again.

This was a very nice place with nice people but. When I bought my Jordan 1 Mids and then I look in the box the wrapper was ripped.
I had very bad experience with the staff in Liverpool which was so disappointing. My son was waring his Nike hat and one of the staff stopped him asking him to give the hat back because another customer told them that my son stole the hat.how could possibly steal a hat that not even in their store My son was so kind and polite took of his hat trying to tell them it's his own hat and when I went back to the store I checked all the hat. First they did not have the same hat second all the staff were rude when I talked to them except one he kept apologising to me. All I want to mention how could you be confident and professional at your work if you do not know what products you sell and how could you be rude when you talk to your customers when you did something wrong. To be honest that was very disappointing
The service was fantastic. However at the check out the sales person checked sizing and shoes. Returned home to find that he had given me 2 left shoes.
Also the baby shoes are way over priced, $10 more expensive then a junior shoe
I've alway had a good experience at this Footlocker, been buying shoes from here every now and again for the last 20 years. Staff have always been friendly and very helpful.
Had a good experience dealing with this people. Staff attended and helped us to choose the right one. Not too much collections, still got my favourite one.
What the hell happened to this shop? I use to come here regularly and was always happy with the strong service and the shoe selection for my kids.none of the staff are very confident, which was fine if they are new but the attitude from the two girls was horrible. When I asked for the person in charge, a girl came from out the back and could not have been more disinterested and unpleasant. No chance i’ll be back.
The most horrible online purchase experience I have ever endured. Do not order stuff online and need to stop or change your order. They want around a month to return and refund, customer service is horrible and frustrating, international call takers with no customer service skills, no complaints system. All they had to say is the call is recorded and your feedback noted. Seriously what kind of complaint is considered as feedback. No call back nothing. NEVER AGAIN and now will refund the entire order and buy elsewhere.

Worst store, beware of the defective shoes.bought adidas shoe for 200 which were available for 160 in just sports, but my size wasnt there, so got them from footlocker Liverpool.from the very first day right foot shoe was making crazy sound, after a while when realized that its not coz they are new, its defective or fake idk what, tried to return it but it proved to be a nightmare.the person inside that door who didnt even bothered to come out and speak made the staff girl come to me again and again refusing to hear the clearly audible sound in the videos i made to demonstrate (i was told to do so, a genuine demand which i adhered to). Staff was good but shoes and after service both are disappointing.will suggest to go somewhere else because in case the shoe is defective, you gonna regret like me and be helpless just to curse the day you go there and decide never ever go there again. ️️

Service on the floor was good. But waiting to pay for the goods is a different story. Being ignored by the cash register person was the best. Never going back to this dump. Good work footlocker your customer service is outstanding.
One of the worst pairs of shoes ive been delivered. Ordered the new white and grey TN's which arrived today, covered in black mark and scuffs. Asked for an exchange to which he has now sent me on a wild goose chase.
