Foot Locker

. I was just embarrassed last night and today by management they played games with me yesterday and today they refuse to sell me the items that are on 50% even though they open till 9 pm today and he embarrassed me and kicked then he kicked me out, told me to F off, got in my personal space, I think head office needs to take action on this because I won’t be letting it go. This experience was unbelievable for me. I will never shop at George Street footlocker again, but I will stay shopping at Footlocker.
I looked at trying to get in contact with the head office, but they are obviously all closed. If head office sees this I would love to talk to them about it. Terrible experience, not foot lock itself, footlocker George Street, staff I would go to Pitt Street more or some other location they are so lovely there
And I told me three different people were the manager. That was the mind blowing part. Be very careful ask who the manager is as soon as you walk in. Because they’ll do what they did to me. I’ll keep denying it and passing around to each other which you won’t be allowed to do anything disgusting experience at George Street

Staff very helpful, at first my shoes didn't have size that i want.but they help me find it and the price were cheaper than any store.

- the best location, right near town hall - easily accessible by either train or bus. I have always seen people setting up their tents and sleeping gear to line up overnight for a new drop. I’ve only been here once or twice but the last time I went, the lady who helped me was very friendly and helpful. She was patient and guided me through the popular shoes and what was in at the time and the latest drops. She also explained the refund/ returns policy (since I was looking for a gift), and made sure I was happy with everything. They have a good range of clothing, shoes and accessories, and the store is huge. I would recommend it!

It looks a little bit small from outside of the store, but actually it's a big store.employees understand that you need help and help you even though they have a box in their hands.they are very friendly. I advise all basketball lovers that you should visit the upper floor.but, if you will visit the store like me to urgently buy a gift too, you should know that there isn't a special gift wrap in there:)

Came in to buy a pair of tns and Joshua was so helpful and nice, really took care of me.

The young lady I spoke to was very polite and courteous. They didn't have what I was after but still impressed with their range.

Rubbish attitude from the Eva selling the panda dunks this morning. You dropped the entire box and damaged it. And proceeded to say they are all like this. What are they all ripped? Then had the audacity to roll your eyes at me when you walked off to get the new box. If you don’t like your job please get a job where you are not serving customers. Believe it or not the line wasn’t even that long and you already put on an attitude. Unnecessary being rude to the customers when we haven’t even done nothing wrong. Management should really look into training staff etiquette and customer service behaviour.

This is why a lot of people prefer to online shopping without hype drops and restock nobody will care and your staffs attitude are only driving customers away.

5 stars only cause Elmar (not sure if spelt correctly) was awesome and was a great help 10/10 customer service from him

Great store with always helpful staff. Some areas are a little difficult to access but no real issues.

Bought some Air Force shoes for my daughter.
Walked out of the Nike shop on George st for the worst service ever! So I decided to go into the George st footlocker Inas B was the staff member who served us she was friendly, had a great personality and what is best, knew how to interact with both mum and daughter.

Highly recommend this store!

Staff tried to convince us that there is no difference between runners and trainers. Friendly staff who try to help, however completely untrained to do so.

Visit on a Friday night for a late night shopping. Staffs were very friendly and helpful even it’s close to closing time. Ben present great acknowledgment while I was having a hard time to find the item I am after. He also makes a great effort to disassemble the model to help me take of the last stock in store to let me try it on. I overheard that’s his first day of work but he absolutely did a great job in customer service. I will definitely come back again and recommend to my friends.

If your looking for shoes or clothes and your in Sydney, Foot Locker is a MUST.
There is one floor for all things men and even better another entire floor just for us women and the clothes they have up there are prety rare. Definatley worth a look see.
The stuff they stock is all pretty much super cool.
Most the stock they have is unique.
The staff here are great, they are helpful without being over bearing in your face.
Like I mentioned, if your in Sydney this foot locker is a must see, visit.

Staff were very helpful with what I was looking for. Purchased some tshirts and long sleeves for a great price. Customer service was great for all the employees who were working there when I visited.

If you like to buy hype things for a fair price this is your place! James just explained everything about my new Nike shoes, now I finally know my size here in Australia, which is 11 and a half! Many Thanks, James!

Good range but terrible service.
Staff were more interested in socialising with each other than assisting customers.
Asked to get my sons foot measured, they don't do that!
Specifically looking for basketball boots. He has large, wide feet and they couldn't recommend what boots were suitable.
Got a few different pairs of shoes for him to try on and they handed me the shoe from the box but didn't take any of the packaging off or assist with fitting. Simply went back to socialising. Had to interrupt their conversation to get other sizes.
Now that I know what size he is, I'll be ordering elsewhere online.

Had some hard to get shoes but would not fit my son for the shoes. Would have rated better if the spent time to check his shoe size
