Volounteers and staff were amazing but I was struggling to comprehend how I can’t afford to buy a couple of pieces of rump steak for my family but they somehow were giving away tomahawk steaks and Australian prawns. Maybe I should quit work and go on Centrelink benefits, maybe my family would eat better

Great place to volunteer! The good they do for the community is unsurpassed. From weekly food and essential item orders for community groups to emergency relief food/toiletry hampers, they do it all.

I believe everyone should have a good healthy standard of living & Foodbank graciously attempts too fulfill that. They are the best.

I loved what they do for people, loved working there meeting my friends. But don't bother working there as a casual. They will just use you for what they need than without warning let you go, as if life isn't hard enough. Terrible unorganised management anyways. Rude Boss and volunteers. Kudos Food bank!

A great place for any charity to come to for getting food for client's. Just make sure that you register with them beforehand it's not drop-in.

Foodbank is playing a crucial role in the current unprecedented bushfire crisis which is devastating communities across the country. Foodbank is delivering exactly what is needed, when and where it’s needed in order to efficiently and effectively support the relief efforts. Over a year ago, the Australian public rallied behind farming communities struggling with the devastation of the ongoing drought. Drought conditions have worsened dramatically in others and it’s time to look after our rural communities.

Worthwhile gave me happiness that I am now part of a community that believes in helping the most vulnerable by handing out meals and food to them.keep up the great work
