What an exciting addition to the vegan landscape. Wonderful food, lovely staff, a great experience

Seriously unexpected “food as medicine” cafe in the heart of Newcastle. Lovely people who kept the kitchen open a bit later for us as we made the drive from Byron to Melbourne. Great place for healthy delicious food.

Amazing place, service, atmosphere and food. If you are vegetarian or a vegan this would be paradise. If you are looking for healthy food options in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, do yourself a favour and try this food.

Everything about this experience was exquisite. The clean environment, the friendly customer service, the well thought out aesthetics, not to mention the delicious food. Will be back when I’m in the area again.

This plant based cafe offers a range of plant based goods for most occasions during the day.

We tried a few, all which looked good on the menu.
Unfortunately it became unexpectedly busy for the small team and wait times were subsequently a little longer.

I don't think the resulting product suffered as the customer service of the competent young lady behind the counter running the front of house certainly didn't.

She greeted us and made us feel welcome and let us know three could be a short wait as the caught up with orders.

The leek soup was really great.
The Mediterranean toastie was also flavoursome and definitely guilt free due to the healthy portion of brown rye bread.

The pancakes were tasty in the centre and the accompaniments were not missed and delicious but not overpowering.
The outer edges of the pancake stack however were tough and brittle.

Our iced drinks with vegan icecream were OK also, simple and the extra icecream was forgotten initially but we could see strain on the team.

Such a refreshing change to find whole nourishing food linked to a medical institution. The food was perfect, great service, clean and aesthetic. Mostly of gluten free too. Lots of healthy choices with plenty of flavour

What a cool place! There are so many things going in in this building, so it's a one stop health spot!

The Cafe was very clean and nice vibes. Nice to see some food options on display to see what it was like. They were friendly staff and there were many places to sit?

The food was fresh, yum and healthy. Tried the falafel bowl and chai latè. ️ Nice!
Great variety, so could definitely come again to get some more tastebud variety and pleasure!

The Mocha made on almond was delightful. The food was healthy. Presented beautifully and tasted amazing.

I went to this restaurant a few weeks ago, had the Mexican bowl and the lemon and chocolate mousse. Food was AMAZING, really tasty and fresh. The sweets were the best I've ever had, specifically cause it's so difficult to make delicious vegan desserts.
Met the owner, Camilla, such a visionary person.this is kind of business our community should be supporting.

A true wellness centre

My husband and I happened to find this place by chance and we were so happy. Its super clean and modern looking. Great vibe without super loud music. We ordered takeaway as we were on our way to Costco. Food was so wholesome and tasty. The lady who served us went beyond her job and followed us into the health shop next door to ask us if we would like the food heated up since we were driving to Costco. We appreciated that so much.cant wait to go back and have a sit down meal. Give this place a try.
