My son broke his phone and we had to get a new one. We were all under a plan and Mariam helped us to get the best offer possible. She was patient, professional and very helpful. Mariam really saved me because I was scammed on the phone and someone has made a contract with iPhone 14 pro max 1 TB on my account. I had no intention of doing anything to my contract, but Mariam approached me outside work about the offers vodafone has and she managed to get me an upgrade to the iphone 14 pro max without paying anything extra. I really appreciate how she went above and beyond her duties in getting my old phone repaired and trade in so I wouldnt pay anything more. She loves to help you with anything. The staff are really friendly and I really liked the whole vibe and environment.

Sayed was amazing! The best service ever. Nothing was too hard, he helped me organise the new iPhone 14 and a 9th Gen iPhone, I never once felt pressured to enter into a bigger than necessary contract and he even gave me a couple of discounts. Great store, better than any other Vodaphone store I have been too. The other staff were super friendly and their Trainee has the best sense of humour! Great experience all round. ASK for SAYED

I hesitantly switched back to Vodafone when one of the employees here (Saib?) convinced me to in order to get a "great deal". Very quickly I regretted that and was constantly dealing with problems with this store. My account was constantly incorrect and when I finally was able to leave Vodafone again, I had to spend ages on the phone while the guy fixed up the mistakes of this store before he could close my account. This store definitely turned me off Vodafone for good. Generally useless and not truthful.

Mustafa (sales person) was able to give me a pre paid mobile number I needed for my business within 2 minutes today.

Comparing me spending 30 minutes yesterday at a Optus store where they then said they could not help me or it would cost around $70 and at least a week or two to see if they could get the number i needed and it had to be post paid.

Seriously, when Mustafa was able to get the pre paid number i need, I felt like i had won lotto, i can now launch my new business with the number i needed WITHOUT extra cost.

I recommend FoneSolutions l Vodafone Bass Hill to everyone who wants a mobile, mobile plan, what ever you need help with your mobile phone this is the place to go. I even went and bought a lotto ticket for tonight and told them i would give the 10% of my winnings, that how much i am so happy and grateful for helping me today.
