Hello! Still waiting for a refund for the skywalker scooter that never got sent from your side business operating out of fone king in alexandria. The business is now in voluntary liquidation & no one is replying to any emails, all Web activities have been taken down & you have 1k of my money for goods you haven't sent! Send me a Private message to get this resolved! Quite disappointing in the first place considering the scooter purchased for my kid for Christmas never arrived and the second one that did clearly was damaged/repaired and doesn't even work. I ordered these in September 2023.
I am now lodging with fair trading about the business going to voluntary liquidation. I have no refund, no communication or product I paid over 1k for! There are two are the directors of the company that run fone king and skywalker scooters Australia. I would like someone to contact me & give me a refund.
I was also blocked from social media as it seems no one wants to put there hand up or have others know its an absolute scam!

The director of fone king is the same company director of skywalker Australia and the original broken scooter that was sent & all email correspondence I have from skywalker is addressed at 2/707 Huntley St, Alexandria. You trade from the same address under different company names & still sell the same skywalker scooter through fone king now instead of skywalker Australia that has now gone into liquidation.
All I want is a refund on the money for the defective scooter & the other one that was never sent.

As is so typical of these dirtbags they are abusive, manipulative and plain ugly in the extreme if you are supplying to them. If you are supplying anything in the industry do yourself a favour and stay right away from phone repairers in general, and especially this one. I will never go near this type of buyer again, not with the mental health of my staff at risk like that.

Dealing with Saruful (apologies if I spelled incorrectly) and Nathalie was a pleasure. They weren’t able to retrieve the data on my phone but it wasn’t for lack of trying from their dedicated technicians. They gave me plenty of options with where to go and kept me updated throughout the process. Thanks guys and I’ll hopefully not be back soon haha.

I had a crack on the back camera glass of Samsung S20 Ultra and since Fone king has a good reputation and got my previous phone fixed from fone king i went back to fone king Burwood on 10th June to get my S20 fixed. They replaced my glass. 2 weeks after it got fixed i noticed dust seeping in and clouding the camera glass affecting photo quality. So I went back to them during the lockdown period to get it fixed again.and found out that it was not glued properly at the first place which caused the issue.
So they opened up the phone and cleaned it for the second time. 2-3 weeks after that the same issue happened again.after a while i went to CASTLE HILL Fone King, making it the 3rd time visiting for the same issue. My phone was opened up for the 3rd time and fixed (!) again.
I was promised that this will be the last time I will have to visit for the same issue.
Unfortunately, The issue HAPPENED AGAIN! After 2-3 went to FONE KING HEAD-OFFICE - ALEXANDRIA.got to know from them all this time the guys from Burwood and Castle Hill were not using the right tape to glue the joints. They opened up the phone again and FIXED (!) it again. But the issue happened again and the camera is covered with dust and due to all these openings and all (4 times) my camera is damaged as well now.
Now I have to go to Samsung to get the camera replaced altogether which is going to cost me $500-$600 and an enormous amount of hassle as I need the phone for my work on a regular basis. Don't even get me started with the hassle I have already faced due to the extremely poor service.
My point is, if you guys are unable to fix the issue, you should have told me at the beginning. I would have gotten it fixed from somewhere else. If someone is trusting you guys and in return gets this utterly low service quality, that is highly disappointing.
I expect someone to take a step regarding this matter and i want compensation for all the hassle and damage caused which could have been easily avoided if Fone King was bit more responsible.
I Sent them an email a month ago.no one replied or contacted me regarding it.

Wouldn't take my phone to anywhere else but to Fone King, the staff are amazing and they're exceptionally outstanding in their field and excessively knowledgeable

Bad incident/service at front desk Alexandria, but Good work/communication and service by Techs.
Took my sons phone for repairs on 7/10, was advised by Sair at Ft desk its $59, technician fees if unrepairable. If repairable, tech will tell you the actual costs after assessment. He didn't take payment although I wanted to pay upfront.
The friendly technician Pak or Pac called me and communicated very well on 11/10 at 10am and advised the steps:
1) If the motherboard issues can be fixed it will be $140 and the $59 comes off this amount. In short all you pay is $140.2) If phone can't be fixed, then they can retrieve the data, put it on a memory stick and the cost is $300 plus. (which I wasn't keen on anyway).
Within a short while after calling for passcode, Pak said 'Good news its fixed' and all you pay is $140 and you can pick it up by 12pm on 11/10.

Went to collect on 13/10/21 and Sair said you need to pay $140 plus another $59. I said no the tech said its just $140 all up. He said 'I wasn't in Mon, Tue and I don't know but you need to pay $200. I knew something was not right but people had Queued up behind me and was lookin very embarrassing arguing back and forth, I just paid.
Came home and my son and wife heard the discussing with Pack on 11/10 (as I had the phone on speaker for passcode) and she wrote down the total amount $140 on a piece of paper. Was so angry and stressed that I couldn't sleep that day for being cheated. I just forgave and told myself to just leave it as it was stressing me. But today a week later I thought I share it so others don't fall in this situation of feeling ripped off.

I took my phone in to get the battery replaced for a Pixel 1 using a battery I bought from Kogan, as the process of replacing the battery was deemed too delicate without all the right tools and equipment.
They allowed me to watch the process and talked me through what they were doing, and why they were doing it as I was curious having fixed all my previous phones.
The battery I bought had a fault as it bulged slighly which would have made my screen bulge. They offered me one of their replacement battery they had in stock (it was actually cheaper than from Kogan), and the phone's battery was replaced on the spot while I watched.
The technician was very skilled and experienced in the disassemble process, and they had a great process of knowing the intricate pitfallls of the phone. They replaced everything back, including glues and adhesives as new.
Having professional IT hardware experience and an electronics engineering background, I thought their workmanship was exceptional.
I would highly recommend Fone King Repair Centre HQ and will be a repeat customer when the need arises again.

Fone King aren't responsive and take months to fix phones. Instead they keep sending the phone away to the interstate repair centre and didn't provide a refund. Nearly 4 four months later we are still waiting for the phone to be returned to us in a working condition.

Very professional service! So far I.am very happy with the level of service provided by this company. I needed 1 of several devices repaired as the screen on my S10 + was cracked and I was unable to use it for work / my Locksmithing business. I rang them and got a good price and decided to go ahead and get it fixed through them rather than sending it away to Samsung and having to wait for God knows how long.
They not only replaced it but in record time!
Tool around 30 mins.

The USB charging port on my son' Samsung Galaxy Tab didn't work. We went to a serveral different repair shops being told either it was not repairable or would cost me $130 + to get it fixed. Fone King (Sair and Martin) had it fixed under an hour for less than half of the price the other shops quoted and it comes with 3 months warranty. Very friendly service and super effcient!

Horrible customer service. Needed a screen repaired. Was told we would get a call in a couple of hours. They never called and if we didn't go back before closing they would have kept our phone overnight without saying anything. Not impressed with the lady at the counter who seemed like she did nothing very rude.

Dropped my phone in the toilet last night, chucked it in some rice over night and went in first thing in the morning. All it needed was a water damage repair, phone works like new! Very quick, only took them couple hours, and was relatively cheap for what could have happened (buying a brand new phone). Very friendly, understanding and explained everything too me in detail. 10/10

Service was impeccable, very professional very welcoming, while giving you a thorough understanding of what is wrong with your phone, especially mentioning one of the customer service representatives by the name of Mactulina, providing an amazing service and making sure the customers are always walking out with a smile on their face while also being %100 satisfied with the service provided, will be highly recommending friend's and family to visit them for any of there phone issues.
