Good experience last week but different technician this morning was dismissive and rude.
A good price for a battery replacement and took 15mins.
I’ve used these guys a couple of times and would recommend.
It’s been over three weeks since I dropped off my iPad for repair with no ETA of when it will be fixed. Initially they said it was the battery even though I said the battery has always been good. When I paid $180 the iPad was still not working so they took it back. Everytime I call for an update I get told they’ll call me back and often they do not… I feel like they are stalling and not being honest about what’s going on. Feel like I’ve been massively ripped off. Next time I will just go to the Apple Store - lesson learned!
