I totally recommend this place since they have high quality products and a plethora of options. I bought my phone case almost months ago, tbh I am a very clumsy person and I tend to drop my phone pretty often, even if it fell many times absolutely nothing happened to the case. This is why I came back and bought another case, this time for my airpods. I got a small discount too!

Today I arrived back from Vietnam where I used a SIM card. When I tried to put the Australian SIM card back in my phone the tray would not close. Very frustrating, not being able to use all the functions of my phone. Went to Fone Galaxy after 2 phone places at the International Airport where unable to assist Fone galaxy fixed it in 4 mins. No charge but I paid him $20. Great to have a working phone again.
My friend was impressed too. She got her phone screen replaced in 5 minutes. $39

Do not I repeat DO NOT get these guys to fix your phone. I left my phone here and got it back worst than it was before. Now it will cost me twice as much to get it fixed! These are heartless individuals after money with no care for customers!

Bought a $60 screen protector from this place and had the guy put it on my phone. After leaving the store I noticed the screen hadn't been cleaned properly and there are dirty specs under the protector. When I returned to the store and asked if he could do something about it, he basically laughed at me in front of his work mate and friend hanging out at the store and said it needs to be replaced and wouldn't take any responsibility for it. I was going to buy a new phone for my partner from him but there is no way I will give these guys any more business now

Got my phone back from getting repaired, typed my passcode to unlock it- accidentally typed the wrong numbers- immediately locked me out for 60 minutes, the owner has been trying to unlock my phone while i left it in store, confronted him about it- he denied it and started cussing me out. Very sketchy man.

We took our phone in to get fixed and we’re quoted $180 then they reduced it to $140 so we thought something wasn’t right!
I went to another place and they simply cleaned out charge point and it’s fine

Would not recommend and will never go back there again was a regular customer.

I spent approx $70 on a “genuine” apple phone case. The gentleman that helped me assured me it was legit but it really wasn’t. The case broke within a month too. Don’t appreciate being lied to when I explicitly asked whether they were genuine.
