BRILLIANT! What fantastic people they are and so lovely to deal with. (no I am not associated with them in any way, just giving credit where credit's due)
I have an iPhone 10 and for the past 12 months have been struggling with the port not adequately connecting with my charging cord so I've had to precariously sit it at the optimum angle and then wrap the cord up and over and around and around otherwise it wouldn't charge. Or I'd use a wireless charger at home (and was about to buy a car one too) which seem very slow to charge too.
And the issue was even worse when flying my drone, it would drop out and lose connection to the drone which is very very nerve wracking not knowing what's going on.

3 different pop up "phone hubs / stores" at my local shopping centres quoted $70 to "try to chemically clean it" and if that failed then a new battery port at $140 - ouch!
It may sound a little cynical too but I'd put money on other places doing a simple clean too and then charging for a "new charging port" - been scammed before like that.

Well I headed in to Fone Fanatics and whilst telling the lady there of my issue, she whisked the phone from my hand and with 3 mins max, had the entire phone cleaned including front and back screens, all speaker holes and the charging port. Like factory new again. All the while doing this in front of me so I could see what she was doing to actually fix it. No scams here.

There's now a very defined click and notable "grab" when plugging in and I can literally hang my phone from the cord no problem! JUST BRILLIANT, I am so grateful!
The amount of black dusty sediment that came out on her cleaning cloth was crazy. To my untrained eyes, it looked pretty clean in there however with her dedicated professional tools and her knowledge, this lady proved it was otherwise. Looked like half a teaspoon of coffee grounds fell out LOL

Phone now charges no problem at all both at home and in the car and I can safely say my drone now connects instantly and I had no drop outs on testing it over the weekend.so a MASSIVE THANK YOU to Fone Fanatics - they should be called Fone Fantastic!
And the cost to do this I hear you ask?

$0.00 - that's right, absolutely no cost!
They do it for the local residents as a service. That's right, good old fashioned service that so many places once offered and have forgotten.
So well done.
It was my first visit there however it won't be my last. Anytime I need repairs done, this is where I'm heading first.

Amazing! This dude is absolutely incredible and I wish I could have tipped him but he is too kind. I needed a new speaker and wanted a new part and he did it in under an hour! Absolutely awesome and will recommend to everyone I know.

This is a family business and they are very honest. My mother came in the other day with no idea on iPhone just to use. There was a charging problem on her phone and she thought is was battery issue. Andrew looked at it and straight away said it’s not, it’s a charging cable, the battery is ok. A normal phone shop would just change it. This is very rare in this age especially for a small business. This shop is the shop to goto if you want a good service and very honest. Thanks again for dealing with my elderly mother. Oh yeah I need a lightning cable today so I rang and Andrew gave me a good honest price.

I’ve just had my screen replaced, works perfectly, comes with a screen protector and is a fraction of the price of their competitors. I was able to get a case as well as the fix for $40 less then the other places had quoted for just the fix. Great pricing and even better customer service! Highly Recommend!

My ipad pro dropped on the floor and damaged the power button. Penrith Apple store offered me $800 to fix it. Today I went to this local shop and they fixed the button in less than 5 mins. Great thx guys! Best service!

Had my husbands phone fixed today at Fone Fanatics, the price quoted was less than expected, the job was done in the hour as quoted and the owners were friendly, helpful and informative. Would recommend them any day, the screen now looks better than when the phone was first purchased. Will tell everyone we know to use this company for any repairs or service
