I unfortunately ran over my phone with a semi-truck and I went to this shop and the staff of Luke and Sebastian were incredibly welcoming and understand of my situation and their professionalism was of the highest degree. They not only fixed my phone up perfect with their low prices but they had a great chat with me about my phone and were overall the most incredible staff I have ever seen anywhere. Recommending to all my friends and family.

The young bloke that served me on Sunday was super knowledgeable and honest, not just trying to take my money, and even though the store appeared busy still managed to give me the time of day. Highly recommend

These guys deserve 5 stars for sales tactics and 0 for service and honesty.

In February I purchase a nano phone screen protector which the sales assistant guaranteed me I’d have no issues with. Given I spent $49 I wanted to believe her and gave her the benefit of the doubt and went ahead with the purchase. Her parting words were “ you can come back to me if anything happens”. Well, that was a load of empty promises. By June the screen protector started to come off the phone - it lasted 4months! I couldn’t go back to see her due to lockdown. I went back last weekend and was met with the worst service I’ve received in a long time. Granted the lady who sold me the product wasn’t there, however, her colleague (a male) was so rude he barely wanted to listen to what I had to say. He claimed the issue was a result of wear and tear. I’d accept that if it had lasted more than 4months and I trashed the phone but I didn’t! This guy was so disrespectful that he didn’t even give me the chance to ask if his female colleague was still around.

You can buy a screen protector from KMART for $5 and from experience, I know it’d last longer than 4months. Also, there are plenty of phone accessory places around that you’d receive much better service at. Save yourself the time and money and avoid Fone Express.

Bought a case and the second day i found that the material of the case is collecting dust so I went back the second day to exchange it or get a credit note as mentioned on the receipt, but store guy which apparently he supposed to be the manager said I can't exchange or give you a credit note with no reason and then when I kept asking why he said I won't be able to sell the case, even though the case was exactly like new and returned it in the same condition.the bottom line is #FoneExpress in Eastgardens aren't honest and customer friendly at all, I would recommend to buy from other phone accessories in level 3.

I was sold a faulty product (phone case) by this store and had such a horrible customer service experience trying to get it fixed. They refused to help me at all, they were rude, unhelpful and refused to replace or refund the dodgy product. They told me to email head office who never replied to me. Horrible business. Such a scam.

Edit: In response to your reply: I will not be removing this review and implying that I have been sending multiple messages after I sent ONE email that you asked me to send is defamatory in itself. Aligning with Australian consumer law your product was indeed faulty and threatening your customers does not change that fact. I chose to write the review after following your direction of writing an email to “head office” which clearly doesn’t exist. Attempting to bully me into removing the review is proof enough of the standards of your company. If you don’t like receiving poor feedback, maybe consider the state you run your business.

Dissatisfied with the service. The first time I went to the store, the attendant got my mobile and gave me an hour to fix the device. After half an hour they called me to say that they couldn't do the concert because they didn't have a screen. The attendant told me that he would order the piece and would call me to say when the screen would arrive. I returned to the store after a few days and another attendant told me that they had the piece and received the mobile to fix it. After an hour the attendant called me to say that they couldn't fix the device because they didn't have a screen.
In other words, I wasted several days for nothing.

We asked Will to provide a tax invoice under our company's name at the beginning of our query/request. Will replied saying "we will do that at the end when you guys come back to pick up the phone". Then an hour later when we picked up the phone we reminded Will to put our company's name on the invoice but this time around he replied "we can't do that, there is no where in the system for me to do that". Will, why would you tell us you were going to put our company's name on the invoice and then you tell us otherwise? That's poor customer service Will. You can't say one thing to your customer and then changed your mind and say/do something else.

I had my iPhone screen fixed at the store and it was quick and reasonably priced! I had a look around and this is certainly the best place to go to. The staffs are nice and helpful. I didn’t feel like I was being given unnecessary advise and the screen is still working at its best! I’ve been recommending this place to my friends ever since. Happy customer here!

I went there to get a protector for my iPhone 12 pro max camera and a case only for my shatter proof screen to have scratches all over it. There was a rude lady with absolutely no manners and did not help at all. She told me that she believes her staff member did not do that. I know for a fact that my screen was scratched there as the scratch only appeared after their service was done. I do not even know if this was considered a service. I am super unhappy with this and will never return. I was also told to go back to the place where i got my shatter proof screen from which was 10 minutes prior and accuse them of having my screen scratched for a replacement. She wanted me to go back and hold accountable of an individual who in-fact did not scratch my protective screen. Extremely rude. Extremely unprofessional. I will definitely spread the word of this incident. The two individuals were working here February 3rd 2021 at the time of 5: 00pm. Thank you for nothing!

My phone got run over by a car.the apple store told me there’s no hope and wanted over $600 for a “replacement”. I came to fone express with no hope and was amazed when I came back in under an hour and my phone looked brand new and was less than half the price apple wanted. Truly amazed by the knowledge and customer service of this place.thank you so much guys will definitely come straight to you guys from now on!
