Was reluctant to go through the process of having a house built after hearing the horrible experiences that our friends and family had. But I am glad that I took a chance. It has been more than 6months we moved into our new home.

Building with Focus homes has been an amazing experience. The best part of working with Joe and his team is our expectations were managed extremely well. Everything that was promised was delivered and more. Joe and Tatiana built our home as if they were doing it for themselves.

We had other builders' quotations that were lower, it was obvious that they were promising more than what they could deliver. Joe was very patient and let me shop around and do my due diligence. He allowed us to change our plans multiple times. Even after 6months, Joe and Tatiana are guiding and advising us through our landscaping, decorating/Furnishing the house etc.

Every person/contractor/tradie that ever worked on our home has been extraordinary. The fact that we know almost everyone of them by name says something.

From the very first time that we walked into the Focus Homes display house, we were met with polite and respectful staff members that were able to answer all of our questions no matter how big or small.

I would have rated minus star if it was allowed. They are one of the bad builder's that I have ever know. Since I moved in my brand new house in November we have a lot of issues and most of them seems to be like there where it was. When you make 1000 call then person responsible will reply you back You are on list and then month goes that list goes in vain. I am very pissed off.

Will not respond to the owners of their homes who have issues with the build, even under the warranty. Unprofessional and have avoided all my enquiries.

I've built with focus home twice over the years and found them great to deal with. Their commitment to getting the job done and honest approach to building is superior to any other builder. The team at focus homes are customer focused and give honest advice.
I wouldn't trust anyone else with my biggest investment or building my family home.
