They are professional, consistent and responsible. The cleaners are very efficient and does a good job. Usually is the same set of people that comes to clean, so they know what is expected.

Missing one star on the rating as they are slightly above market rate.

Natalia has done an immaculate job at our house and we've been using Focus ever since.
They have also done a couple of end of lease jobs for us which were perfect.

Terrible cleaners. Unprofessional. Did not do as promised. I wasted two weeks waiting for them to clean and now I have to find someone else.

I have had a horrible experience. Melissa never answers her phone and rarely returns calls. The last week the cleaner didnt showed up. Apparently the cleaner was sick. Thats fine but Melissa didnt return my calls so we can reschedule! Every other week Melissa told me the cleaner couldnt come the usual day. I got a call nearly every week asking to change usual cleaning time. The cleaner doesnt know how to properly stack dishes in the dishwasher. The cleaner ruined my marble top on the first clean but i let it go. No appreciation of me not making an insurance claim! Do not use this cleaning company. They promise you the same cleaning day every week but its not true. Communication is very poor as well.
