44 Beautiful grounds and buildings. One of the monks smiled and acknowledged me which was the only time I felt welcome.
I had questions (eg was my attire respectful? , could I photograph outside of temple?) but could not get anyone to help me until i went to buy merchandise.
Left me wondering if it was because I am Caucasian female.
A place for serenity and solitude. Amazingly good and picturesque. It’s worth a from from Sydney. I love this place!
Peaceful place but food was wanted to be replaced and returned during our experience the soup was just flavoured water with half cooked vegetables and the spring rolls were just cabbage and not pleasant for children it is a pleasant place but the food is why I have you one star.
Stayed in one of the Buddhist Nuns’ place to perform when I was younger. A truly wonderful, beautiful and peaceful place to live in. Great food as well.
